lifeinsatansarmpit 1.0The unflavoured protein powder by bulk nutrients is missing one amino acid so it's not a complete protein. If you eat some nuts to provide that amino acid then you get a complete protein (peanut is a legume not a nut). Cost Price Supplements tasteless protein powder has the added amino acid, so I buy that as I know I'll either forget to use almond milk or not have it or forget to eat a few nuts. So although it costs more per kg, it's worth it for me.
