Bulk nutrients have jacked the absolute fuck out of their prices the last few years: $36 in 2019 $45 in 2024 $29 in 2026 The protein content is also only 22g/30g serve.
I just had a look at my Bulk Nutrients invoice from 2015. I paid $49 for 2KG of WPC, two flavours of 1KG each. 10 years later it has literally doubled in price.
Bulk Nutrients has a Raw (unflavoured) Whey protein concentrate powder $44 for 1kg. Not sure how price compares to others but they’re an Aussie brand and cheaper if you buy more bags :) I highly recommend
Well it just doesn't does it? Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk) (Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin)), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose).
Bulk nutrients offer an Australian made WPC, made from Australian milk. They have a raw (unflavoured) option, so it’s about as natural and local as you can get. If you are after a WPI, True Protein offer a raw/unflavoured option made from NZ, it’s very good but almost twice the price of the bulk nutrients WPC.
WPC, not WPI. To the best of my knowledge there is no WPI on the market made from Australian milk. This one is Australian made from 100% Australian whey: https://www.bulknutrients.com.au/products/natural-australian-whey-protein-concentrate?srsltid=AfmBOopli9rD45kxiZZkCwDTG8jYAnnF7pWJ_h8eRLtVjmMjZfbLYOPo
They offer an Australian made WPC: https://www.bulknutrients.com.au/products/natural-australian-whey-protein-concentrate The other wheys they offer do not have whey sourced from China, their article states that they source their other whey from New Zealand, Europe, and the US: https://www.bulknutrients.com.au/blog/product-information/what-makes-a-high-quality-whey-protein-concentrate
"Derived from the milk of Australian grass-fed, hormone-free cows", and "Made in Australia from at least 95% Australian Ingredients" - that's what is stated on the packaging, I just read it. Why are you commenting the same thing again?
Try Bulk Nutrient's Natural Australian WPC with the 'Raw (Unflavoured)' flavour. You can substitute your own flavour, and it's made in Australia from Australian whey which is a bonus. I personally put 1 banana, 1 cup of milk, and one scoop of raw powder in a blender for a breakfast smoothie. You could try subbing the milk out with a dairy-free alternative if you like.
Just checked, $23/k for concentrate in 2017
