Idk where you're from but I love Bulk whey protein powder White chocolate flavor. It tastes so milky! And goes better in sweet recipes than vanilla
I have them before bed so I don't have to deal with the bloat I have bulk chocolate and berries and cream, both with milk

Bulk does an unsweetened, unflavoured protein powder, pure whey protein. I use it in a bowl of Greek yoghurt (along with chia seeds for additional protein, berries for some flavour and creatine for the brain) for my breakfast as I’m currently also doing a Keto diet (have found that sugar and carbs makes me drowsy which only makes my adhd worse, have been doing a keto diet for a few weeks now and feel a lot more alert and focused throughout the day).
I use Bulk's (the UK Bulk, not the US one with a similar name) "pure whey", the unflavoured 'natural' one as it's good value, doesn't have any sweeteners or additives, and is vaguely milky. Though I have to add that though it's relatively cheap, I use it more to enrich a cereal or the like or as a fallback - my major sources are skyr and quark, so high protein fermented dairy products that are both cheaper and (for me in Germany) an everyday food item, about 55-65 cal for 10-13g protein. An alternative here is "Protein milk" from Schwarzwaldmilch, it's a high protein UHT milk that's 75g/L, so 3x protein shakes per carton in effect.
Simplest thing is to go for unflavoured, unsweetened whey. Bulk in the UK does good "neutral"s, I find something vaguely milky far nicer than any of the flavoured ones. You can, of course, flavour them yourself with cocoa powder or coffee essence or vanilla extract or something else you like.
I have tried my protein chocolate caramel one and bulk pistachio one both were bad, in the drink I do like having the bulk one but in ice cream it has such a strong taste of protein 😭
Yeah I can have a lil bit of dairy so the low content in protein powder is fine tbf. The one I've been using is bulk or my protein ones but the protein flavour just comes out more in the creami than in the drink 😭 It is so weird but thanks for the intake I might just keep looking for another flavours
