If you like coffee u can drink Chike coffee protein powder, can’t even tell it’s protein powder and they have a good amount of flavors. it’s 20g of protein per 2 scoops, if u use regular milk it’ll be even more protein, what I do is mix 20oz of milk with 4 scoops and that’s an easy 60g of protein right there. It can range from 20-30 dollars per bag depending on what kind u get,and it’s abt 28 scoops per bag

Protein Coffee. Chike Sweet Cream is the only one I’ve found that doesn’t taste like artificial sweeteners. It’s not perfect but I’m 20g ahead of where I could be.

Fairlife Core Power Elite is amazing. Strawberry is my favorite, followed by Vanilla. 42 grams of protein each, and honestly the only protein shake I've tried that is tasty enough to drink alone without mixing it with something. They are kind of pricey, so I buy 4 a week and spread them out 😅 Premier Protien is my favorite daily choice. Every morning for breakfast I do Premier Protein Vanilla shake mixed with a White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Coffee, ice, and then fill the blender bottle the rest of the way with black coffee to cut the sweetness. It comes out to 50g of protein to start the day, and i add 2 tsp of benefiber too. Sometimes I switch it up and do a Premier Protein Chocolate shake, and do plain flavored Protein Coffee, with the black coffee. I've tried a lot of brands of Protein Coffee and my favorites are Ascent for the plain coffee flavor and Chike for the white chocolate peppermint. Not a fan of Javy, but that's just me. Edit to add: I do the Fairlife Core Power Elite because of the higher protein. Regular Fairlife protein shakes are also delicious, and I think they're about 25g of protein in each

Protein Coffee is a powder that you add to either water or milk. It comes in a ton of flavors. There are classic ones like caramel, hazelnut, mocha, etc. Amd then there are some more unique flavors like the white chocolate peppermint. I buy it from Amazon. And then instead of adding it to water or milk, I do a vanilla protein shake for the extra protein. But since the protein coffee is meant to be added to a plain liquid, it is very sweet. And adding it to a sweet protein shake makes it too sweet for me. That's why I add the black iced coffee to it, and sometimes I'll add plain oat milk to add some more fiber too.

Another recipe I like is a Premier Protein Cinnamon Roll shake mixed with oat milk, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon (to taste, I do .5-1 tsp depending on my mood), and a dash of nutmeg. Add ice and shake. Tastes like Horchata and its delicious. You could do a vanilla protein shake instead of the vanilla protein powder but for me that's too sweet so I use protein powder and oat milk to control the sweetness level. Edit: fixed typo

I drink chike protein coffee every day! 2-3 shots of espresso depending on the flavor. 20 grams of protein. And 110-150 calories. It's great!
