I’ve only done 1 flavor this way so I’m not sure how to alter it, but this is my favvvvv protein ice cream right now -1 scoop clean simple eats mint chocolate cookie -6 oz unsweetened almond milk mixed with 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder -1 packet truvia Freeze. Blend on “lite ice cream” Add 1 tbsp almond milk Respin. It’s delicious, thick, and creamy!
I’m a big fan of Clean Simple Eats! I especially enjoy their [Chocolate Brownie Batter protein powder](https://go.shopmy.us/p-37358234). It’s smooth, doesn’t leave a chalky residue, and doesn’t alter the taste of my smoothies or drinks.
Clean Simple Eats- Simply Vanilla!
The Clean Simple Eats brownie is pretty good, especially blended with a frozen banana and almond milk. I want to try the Truvani too. https://www.consumerreports.org/health/food-safety/these-five-protein-powders-had-low-lead-levels-a1151050701/
Clean Simple Eats or Premier Protein (not as tasty but still solid). https://www.consumerreports.org/health/food-safety/these-five-protein-powders-had-low-lead-levels-a1151050701/
If you're interested in a shake that comes ready to go- I like the fair life chocolate shakes. If you are looking for a powder to mix with milk/almond milk/water I prefer Clean Simple Eats. I currently combine 8oz of the fair life fat free milk (80cal w/ 13g protein) with a scoop of the Brownie Batter Clean Simple Eats, with some frozen banana, powdered peanut butter and ice cubes and it's (for a protein shake) delicious. Total calories come to about 300 calories and 41g of protein I use it to replace my breakfast because I like starting my day with protein and carbs so I usually combine it with a piece of sourdough toast, but I also think that you should use it to fit with your lifestyle, for instance I always eat breakfast and lunch at work so I try to bring something that is easy.
Bummer. I’ve done ok with theirs, but I rotate through a few different brands, so I don’t have it every day. Their clear protein powder does not have xylitol in it like their regular protein powder does, though (it’s just sweetened with stevia and a form of fermented sugarcane).
I love the sample pack from clean simple eats, but it has a stong monk fruit stevia flavor- so if those bother you- beware. If you don’t mind those sweetners - it’s the best!
So I also tried all of the protein powders, like optimum nutrition vanilla, or science vanilla, pe science cake batter, clean simple eats vanilla, clean simple eats cake batter. I can honestly say I was extremely underwhelmed over all of them. Then I read someone’s comment that they used pe science frosted sugar cookie as a vanilla base. I ordered it and this is the one! It barely has a cookie flavor almost inperceptively, but it’s definitely the closest to vanilla that you can get. Even better is you can get a $12 sample bag off of Amazon and not commit to a whole tub.
This needs to be upvoted, this is the only one that will actually taste like vanilla. It has to be essentially a pure milk base @op this one! I’ve tried every vanilla protein people are talking about here, optimum nutrition, clean simple eats, pe science and THIS is your recipe!!
If you don’t like pe science you’ll hate optimum nutrition, they are very similar in that protein taste you are talking about
I’m not talking about that, this person says that they perceive the protein taste. It’s not something that everyone picks up on. And if you have that problem, you will taste it in all protein powders, except for vanilla fair life shake, because that isn’t actually a protein powder it’s just a made of milk. I’ve tried optimum nutrition, vanilla, and I agree. It’s better than PE science vanilla. But I’m very disappointed with optimum nutrition consistency on the creami I don’t think it’s anything special. Clean simple eats cake batter flavor has the identical taste to optimum nutrition vanilla. But it has a really fabulous consistency. The downside is if you don’t like monk fruit, Stevia, you can definitely taste it.

I personally like their cookies and cream, but it tastes like the icing in the center of the cookies and cream so if you don’t plan on adding the Oreo cookie, I don’t think it will taste what you want to, but if you do plan on adding Oreo cookies I think you will love it! It doesn’t have any chocolate flavor to it really. I personally don’t like the cake pop, it doesn’t taste anything like cake but other people love it what I suggest you do is that they sell half scoop sample packs on their website. What I did is I ordered 2/2 scoop sample packs of every flavor and I got to decide for myself. For every one person that loves flavor of theirs another person has another favorite! The only one that I think is terrible is the strawberry cheesecake. Strawberries is one of my favorite flavors. It has to really be horrible for me to hate it. The strawberry cheesecake has a terrible chemical flavor. I even thought I got a bad batch, but then I ordered another bag a year later and it still tasted like poison. I thought their chocolate peanut butter was quite good and had a really nice peanut butter flavor almost like peanut butter powder. Their pumpkin pie is to die, for I’ve never encountered a single person that ordered it that didn’t love it. For a more traditional tasting cookies and cream, I’d give clean, simple eats cookies and cream a go, I thought there’s had a closer vibe HOWEVER their protein powders have a strong monk fruit Stevia taste so if you are sensitive to those sweeteners and don’t like them, definitely avoid the brand. On scheel’s you may be able to buy a single scoop sample of that flavor.
I love clean simple eats those are amazing, but I want to warn people that they have a strong monk fruit/ Stevia taste so if you don’t like those sweeteners, don’t buy it. However, if you don’t mind them, they are some of the best protein powders you can buy.
Ever have their eggnog, it’s incredible! I’m so annoyed they didn’t switch up their variety pack for the holidays ! My one flavor of theirs that was inedible was their pumpkin pie flavor. I literally had to throw it in the trash and I’m obsessed with pumpkin. Don’t ever buy it taste like poison.
Clean simple eats eggnog! So, so good.
