Cosmix mango flavour worked for me. Apart from that Mille Coffee hazelnut is amazing. Yoga bar chocolate flavour also seems to be good and similar in ingredients to cosmix. But lesser priced. You might want to look into it if you are on a tight budget.

Cosmix s great. And you don’t have any proper source of protein. Add low fat paneer with the chilla. Grill it lightly on the tava and put masala on it. Greek yogurt to every meal And those bars? Check the sugar content

It doesn’t matter if you hit gym or not, consuming protein powder won’t depend on it. 😊 Try to consume most of your macros including protein through your normal meals and only supplement the remaining protein goal with a protein powder. While there are many scammy brands out there, but for the below two I’ve heard positive reviews from everyone I know. There are of course other brands too, but for me these taste better. I have The whole truth whey protein and cosmix vanilla bean vegan protein alternatively depending on my mood. Both are nice.

Man, it tastes like ass. I had to blend a banana, peanuts, and oats to make it palatable for me. Even thinking about the chalkiness of Cosmix makes me wanna puke. Same with their mahabaleswar strawberry variant.

Glad to see a fellow Cosmix hater. On top of the chalkiness, it is ridiculously overpriced for a plant protein. I switched to OWN plant protein and I get 1kg for less than price I used to pay for 0.5 kg of Cosmix.

I have tried the strawberry and mocha one. I'd suggest you drink chalk powder rather than drink that shit. It's so chalky and tastes like shit. The strawberry one smells so good, tho.
