Isoclear Whey Protein Isolate

If you don't get enough from foods then I use clear whey protein powder as it makes a cordial style drink. I found a couple of makes far too sweet and/or didn't mix completely (MyProtein and Isovibe) so now I pay a little bit more for ESN Isoclear Whey Isolate which is fat, sugar and lactose free. 25.5g protein per serving. Protein bars - the only ones I found that are not claggy in texture or artificially tasting are Nature Valley Dark chocolate and Peanut. These give me my small chocolate hit and taste really peanutty.

ESN Isoclear strawberry lime - tastes like a lemonade I cant stand normal whey anymore, I just drink Clear whey

Protein shakes are the worst option to curb hunger, look for high volume foods to curb hunger not liquids. As far good tasting protein powder, i prefer ESN clear whey.

ESN is the best in Europe that I’ve tried. Isoclean and normal whey all good. Especially for Ninja Creamis which I don’t need to add anything else. Pancake mix and pudding also great - huge fan

Nothing comes close to ESN for me, I just use it with no additives and it comes out great. Nice and simple too. Might need to add a little sweetener depending on your taste preference, but I don’t

Mein derzeitiger Shake ist von ESN. Den nehme ich einmal am Tag aber ernähre mich sonst was Eiweiß betrifft auf viel von Magerquark und Skyr und decke abseits des Shakes mein Eiweiß mit natürlichen Produkten. Hier und da esse ich leider auch einen Riegel von More oder ESN wobei ich grade auf ähnliche Hausmarken umsteige. Ist der ESN Konsum hier problematisch oder hemmend? Hab diese Aminosäuren Sache leider zu spät gesehen und mich endlich gefreut einen leckeren Shake zu haben. Nach der Packung greife ich wieder zu einem anderen (scientific nutrition oder so ähnlich aus dem Shop vor Ort). Edit: wieso erhält der Kommentar, der nach Wissen fragt, downvotes? Natürlich könnte ich das auch recherchieren, allerdings ist das doch eine Plattform die von Austausch lebt? Ist doch schön, wenn hier jemand sein Wissen und seine Erfahrung mit jemandem teilt, der da noch nicht so eingestiegen ist.
