I really like [this one](https://a.co/d/coQzZTQ). Definitely unflavored--I can't stand artificial sugars. Maybe add a teensy bit of honey or half a frozen banana if you need to make it sweeter. I also think adding some kind of fat--avocado, nut butter, something--adds a lot to a smoothie.
Yes. Im celiac and also have food/chemical intolerances, so when I needed protein supplement I had a real challenge finding one I could tolerate. You need to stick to powders, because as soon as they bottle it as a ready-made drink they add gums, flavors, etc. Here are 3: Amy Myers Paleo Protein, Garden of Life Raw Organic Protein (unflavored), and Four Sigmatic Plant-based Organic Protein (with real vanilla) .
I chose garden of life plain because it had amino acids, and didn't have added sugar. I got used to drinking tasteless protein powders.
I’ve been on the same hunt for a vegan powder that doesn’t taste like chalk, so I feel your pain. If she’s already tried Vega and Good Protein, I’d try a few others that lean toward a milder flavor. OWYN, KOS Vanilla, and Orgain are usually safer bets taste-wise. If she really can’t handle the sweeteners or aftertaste, the unflavored options like Naked Pea or Garden of Life Raw Unflavored mix really well into fruit smoothies without changing the flavor much. My trick is to blend it with banana, oat milk, and frozen berries (it masks any weird texture). There’s also a big spreadsheet floating around where you can [sort vegan protein powders by taste rating](https://www.reddit.com/user/Industrious_Bradly1/comments/1mv97y1/comparing_protein_powders_by_brand/) calories, price, and ingredients. It’s worth a look before buying another full tub that might end up half-used in the pantry.
If you have a Costco membership it simplifies the process because you can't make a bad choice there. There are plenty of bad choices everywhere else. What you have to watch out for is the cheap stuff with fillers and artificial stuff you can't pronounce. The list of ingredients should be small and understandable. The 3 on your list are all good quality. I would say the Garden of Life is very good but usually overpriced. ON is one of the better whey protein powders, and Orgain has very good plant protein at a reasonable price. The most complete protein is animal protein. This includes egg, dairy, and meats. Whey is dairy protein so it's complete. It has a complete amino acid profile and high bioavailability. Plant protein sources are not as complete, so they are less desirable, but they are a good alternative to dairy protein if you happen to be very lactose intolerant. Many people with mild to moderate lactose intolerance are able to handle some of the high quality whey protein isolates because the process of purification gets rid of the junk that gives them problems. There are other protein powders including egg protein and collagen. Egg protein is complete but it tastes awful. If you can handle the taste it's fine, but I can't. Collagen has almost no flavor, but I heard that it's not good for people who are prone to kidney stones because it's high in oxalates, so I avoid it because I have a history of kidney stones.
I'm currently having Garden of Life's Raw Organic Meal (powder), in Vanilla, which has about 20g of protein in one scoop. Plus it has a buttload of vitamins & organic vegetable and plant ingredients. All the ingredients are clean (no natural flavors, etc), but it's still delicious. You could also try GoL's Raw Organic Protein line. Only difference is it has less vitamins, and has an amino acid profile, whereas the other one doesn't.
