Clear Whey

Do you have issues with it making like a weirdly hard foam when you shake it? It’s it all flavors but it’s disgusting. I like the taste but not sure I can stick with it due to the foam 🤢

Of the ones I’ve tried, Rule1 clear protein powders have the best taste. Ghost clear isolates aren’t bad, but they are super sweet, like hard candy. Honestly no protein powders tastes great to me, but the ones that are supposed to taste like chocolate milk hurt my stomach.

I switched to Ghost CLEAR whey and find it much easier to get my daily drink done

Personally I don’t love the powders that are typically (not always) mixed with milk. Like chocolate ones, etc. I recently switched to Ghost’s clear whey and prefer that. It drinks more like juice as far as consistency. I usually mix it and let it sit for awhile cuz it can have clumps no matter how much I shake.

Hard foam? No hard but yeah it’s foamy at first. I shake it and then let it chill for a while. Foam and clumps go away over time. My routine is I’ll mix it up before the gym then drink it after

I personally love clear whey isolate drinks that make protein water drinks. They're not creamy at all, and I personally can't taste the whey at all. Though I've seen others say they can. I tried the Isopure watermelon lime flavor and it was like drinking a watermelon jolly rancher. It's only 20g protein, but also only 90 calories per scoop. Ghost makes them as well for 25g, 100 calories per scoop.

So far I like Ghost clear because it tastes like juice and is not gritty. Fairlife is pretty tasty. I also like the Premier Protein Coffeehouse Caramel Macchiato.

Fairlife has the best tasting stuff for the different strawberry flavors (I don’t like chocolate or vanilla). Premier Protein’s Coffeehouse shakes are very good too. As for powder, I do Ghost Clear because it tastes like fruit juice to me. I can’t do any of the milky-stuff personally.

Oh Ghost Clear orange cream is currently my favorite. The strawberry watermelon is good but really REALLY sweet to me (in the ratio that’s suggested).
