Clear Whey

Of the ones I’ve tried, Rule1 clear protein powders have the best taste. Ghost clear isolates aren’t bad, but they are super sweet, like hard candy. Honestly no protein powders tastes great to me, but the ones that are supposed to taste like chocolate milk hurt my stomach.

I switched to Ghost CLEAR whey and find it much easier to get my daily drink done

So far I like Ghost clear because it tastes like juice and is not gritty. Fairlife is pretty tasty. I also like the Premier Protein Coffeehouse Caramel Macchiato.

Fairlife has the best tasting stuff for the different strawberry flavors (I don’t like chocolate or vanilla). Premier Protein’s Coffeehouse shakes are very good too. As for powder, I do Ghost Clear because it tastes like fruit juice to me. I can’t do any of the milky-stuff personally.

Ghost clear is good. The orange one isn’t too sweet. The strawberry watermelon one I have to split the scoop into two different drinks because it’s so sweet. But the flavor is good.

My advice would be to use a clear whey like Ghost strawberry watermelon - 25g - 100 calories

Can't say anything about chocolate milk shakes as I don't like them -- or chocolate milk for that matter, but I tried the Ghost protein powder recently. The Cinnabon one was amazing, and I think I am looking forward to trying the other flavors. I think I will definitely be sticking to them. The Isopure vanilla one I got at costco was just ok and was tolerable with fruit or I even put the liquid water enhancers in it when I ran out of fruit (strawberry watermelon was good). The Ghost powder though I can drink with just water instead of milk. Ghost palang natry ko. Sa amazon ko inoorder. Cinnabon noon and Coffee Ice cream flavor ngayon. Okay naman pag may milk kaso minsan may lasang soapy aftertaste na di ko maexplain. Next order ko is clear protein nila na parang juice daw para di na need mag milk. Strawberry lemonade flavor ata naka add to cart ko.
