Best protein to calorie ratio is Transparent Labs. Ghost has great flavors. I love the Cinnabon in some Greek yogurt.

Ghost fan over here too... mix with the fair life for even more protein. I am not a huge sweets person- so the coffee icecream one is my go to. Samples are like 2 dollars for some of the others if you want to try them. :)

Cake takes a bit of experimenting, here are some tips: I usually do a quick spray of olive oil. Use a tall mug and plate, it might “jump out” of cup depending on amount of baking soda, amount of liquid, and cook time. Aim for batter consistency when adding coffee/liquid. If it’s turning out too dry consider adding a tablespoon of butter/peanut butter (be mindful of calories, if trying to lose weight). I often tear the cake into small pieces and soak/dip in milk, but I’m sure coffee would be good as well. I’ve tried this with a few protein powders, but feel like it works best with a protein powder that doesn’t have chunks (I’ve tried ghost chips ahoy and nutter butter, but get better results when able to mix well).

Ghost protein powder is the GOAT, particularly their Nutter Butter, Cinnabon and Chips Ahoy flavors. PE Sciences Select protein powder is also great! Their Chocolate Cupcake is delicious. I am a heavy lifter and have consumed more protein powder in the past five years than many do in their lifetime. 😆 These two brands are the ones I come back to again and again.

Ghost Cinnabon is fantastic mixed with Greek yogurt, blueberries, and vanilla granola. Healthy cobbler!
