I snag the [gnc vanilla powder](https://www.gnc.com/whey-protein/379968.html#start=1). It’s like $25 for 12 servings. It’s always on sale online for buy 1 get 1 50% off. I snag 2 at a time so it’s $1.56/per serving. I did just learn of [this](https://www.consumerreports.org/lead/protein-powders-and-shakes-contain-high-levels-of-lead-a4206364640/) study on lead in protein powders and may change the powder I use tho For a basic protein shake: mix 1 scoop with 10oz of fairlife fat free. (210 calories, 42g protein, $2.55/serving) (I diversify this but including cocoa powder, pbfit [extra 8g protein], and/or frozen strawberries/bananas) For a bulkier protein shake: mix 1/2 cup oikos fat free vanilla Greek yogurt, 10oz fairlife fat free, 2 tbsp pbfit, drizzle of chocolate syrup (350 calories, 58.5G protein, $4.20/serving)
I think you just have to play around with it and find what you like. Trying to find the optimum protein powder for chocolate still. I’ve tried ryze cosmic brownie (amazing texture but it has too strong of an artificial taste for me) and GNCs chocolate so far. I add some sugar free Hersheys syrup on top and cacao nibs to enhance chocolate flavor. Winning options for me: I like the base of 200g of fair life and 200g of almond milk Add a little salt Monkfruit sweetener over truvia Sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1.5T for texture. Cake batter extract + gnc vanilla protein powder for birthday cake ice cream. Pb2 + vanilla protein + sugar free Reese’s+ cacao nibs + little chocolate syrup on top. This is so addictive
Isopure and GNC are the best brands. Rest are second class.
Hi. I have tried GNC and ON and didn't like both. How is MB in terms of quality ? Heard the taste is good.
I like GNC’s. You get a discount if you buy two, which brings the price per gram of protein down to the market average. Dissolves nicely, tastes pretty good, zero complaints.
GNC is a good brand wait what 🤣🤣🤣. GNC ki quality 2017 se kharab hogyi hai bhai wake up kiddo Protein shake suppose to be light and easy to digest kya hee bekaar baat boli hai
Best Ones I used have be Carnivor and Rule 1. They got the job done for me. I’ve had GNC protein and they did justice. Not sure if you’re going the plant protein route, I think the one I like was Truvani Protein. Carnivor and Rule 1 have been my go to and do justice.
IK right, I've consumed MB, TWT, GNC, Asitis, My Protein and ON. And ON >>> in every aspect. No too sweet, light, actually tastes like cocoa, no bad aftertaste, great mixibility. TWT cold coffee was so hard for me to gobble. Also used to have lumps.
ON is thick ? I understand GNC and MB but ON ? ON is the lightest whey I've consumed, not too sweet, no bad after taste, I enjoy it with water, milk and oats. I've tried TWT cold coffee and My Protein Cookies and cream and it was so hard for me to finish them. So, now I've just stopped trying, ON is my go to I can drink it daily. I used to skip whey because of the taste when I had TWT, My Protein, muscleblaze and asitis.
