I snag the [gnc vanilla powder](https://www.gnc.com/whey-protein/379968.html#start=1). It’s like $25 for 12 servings. It’s always on sale online for buy 1 get 1 50% off. I snag 2 at a time so it’s $1.56/per serving. I did just learn of [this](https://www.consumerreports.org/lead/protein-powders-and-shakes-contain-high-levels-of-lead-a4206364640/) study on lead in protein powders and may change the powder I use tho For a basic protein shake: mix 1 scoop with 10oz of fairlife fat free. (210 calories, 42g protein, $2.55/serving) (I diversify this but including cocoa powder, pbfit [extra 8g protein], and/or frozen strawberries/bananas) For a bulkier protein shake: mix 1/2 cup oikos fat free vanilla Greek yogurt, 10oz fairlife fat free, 2 tbsp pbfit, drizzle of chocolate syrup (350 calories, 58.5G protein, $4.20/serving)
Yep Muscle nectar mango flav is good but not as good as GNC mango
I recently bought a tub of Orgain vanilla vegan protein powder at Costco. It's obnoxiously sweet and it's going to take me a long time to get through it. I also bought some unflavored whey protein powder from GNC, their brand. It's not gross, and so far, I have no issue with it. I only use it in smoothies. Neither type gives me digestive/intestinal issues, which I know is problematic for some.
Right now I use revolution vanilla cake. It's pretty good. The ice cream I make with it turns out very well. The best vanilla protein I've ever had in my life though was GNC's pro RX brand. It was deadly
Hi! I only recently started using this after initially using Decathlon 100% isolate since this was on discount. Since the pro performance is 35% concentrate I find it harder to digest and frequent the toilet more. Taste wise I find it like a cheap tasting Glico Pocky Chocolate when mixed with water. I personally prefer the Decathlon one which I mix with milk powder
Strawberry 1 ok la. But I only half scoop plus mix water. I don’t want consume too much, later kena pimple
Axe and sledge Grass Fed Vanilla Milkshake is a very good brand imo. Also GNC basic vanilla I feel is pretty damn tasty
I think you just have to play around with it and find what you like. Trying to find the optimum protein powder for chocolate still. I’ve tried ryze cosmic brownie (amazing texture but it has too strong of an artificial taste for me) and GNCs chocolate so far. I add some sugar free Hersheys syrup on top and cacao nibs to enhance chocolate flavor. Winning options for me: I like the base of 200g of fair life and 200g of almond milk Add a little salt Monkfruit sweetener over truvia Sugar free cheesecake pudding mix 1.5T for texture. Cake batter extract + gnc vanilla protein powder for birthday cake ice cream. Pb2 + vanilla protein + sugar free Reese’s+ cacao nibs + little chocolate syrup on top. This is so addictive
