All-in-One Shake

We just brought Good Protein Chocolate Fudge All-in-One Shake, 2kg and then this is what we always buy Isopure Clear Protein, Tropical Punch, 1.25 kg, Alani Protein Shake Cookies N Cream, chocolate BioX Power Whey Complex 2.27kg not at Costco from Popeyes supplement,

My favourite is Orgain Simple (it doesn’t have that weird stevia taste). Second is Good Protein.

Good Protein. It’s Canadian, and the flavours are SO GOOD. They also have so many flavors. I just started to need something more than the plain vanilla or chocolate. The cookies and cream one is unreal.

I really like Good Protein but it is quite sweet. I have the vanilla cupcake flavour. I typically just blend it with water, ice and a banana and it’s delicious. I’ve also used it in pancakes and muffins and it worked great!

I have a subscription to [Good Protein](https://goodprotein.ca/). They're zero sugar and have lots of micronutrients. I get a large pouch of the unflavored for baking and smoothies, and a smaller pouch of the cookies and cream flavor for overnight oats and such.

I haven't noticed it being grainy, but it is really fine and clumps easily
