https://www.chemistwarehouse.co.nz/buy/74347/inc-shred-max-pro-chocolate-flavour-2kg tho best mixed in yogurt with a banana 👌🏻
https://www.chemistwarehouse.co.nz/buy/112017/inc-shred-max-pro-chocolate-flavour-1kg I like this as it’s low calories and it tastes yum. I mix it with Greek yogurt and banana and cashews and choc chips. Or make banana smoothies, often with a coffee shot. And if I’m in a rush it’s actually decent with water but oat milk does make it a bit more creamier.
As a women it’s too high calories for me and also the texture of the powder isn’t as good as the shred max. I have half a vanilla one I can’t face whereas I’ve been enjoying the shred max for a good 12 plus months

The cheapest option tends to be chemist warehouse, but only when they have a 40%-50% sale, or blackbelt protein. INC Shred Max Pro Vanilla Flavour 2kg is currently $27/kg at Chemist Warehouse and blackbelt protein casein is currently $30.60/kg and even cheaper if you buy bulk. I've made this website: [www.proteinpowderhelper.com](http://www.proteinpowderhelper.com/) to help compare current prices, nutrition and overall value of protein powder available in Aus. It frequently scrapes the current prices so you can instantly see which protein powder is currently the best value. You can also sort by grams of protein per dollar cost to check which protein is actually good value based on the protein content (beware of cheap products with a very low protein content!) , Just sort by PROTEIN/$ on the right hand side of the table. Also, I've added a jacked quokka as an AI chatbot assistant, you can ask him about anything about the products on the site (e.g. are there any products which don't contain X ingredient?) and he'll respond in an Aussie accent using the nutritional info in my product database.
You really gotta chase sales these days. last time I bought 3kg of wpi for about 40$ a kg. Before that I usually just buy INC WPC when its on sale at Chemist warehouse, its the best tasting big store powder
I buy whatever is cheapest Flavour is always eh dont care zealea at pak n save is often the cheapest per kg INC at chemist warehouse on sale is sometimes cheaper I used to get myprotein cheap but they have gone up massivel lately Whey is also increasingly squeezed for supply, so whey is going up
I switched to INC a while ago, but even that has shot up in price!
