Clear Protein

Clear whey protein shakes - like SEEQ, myProtein, Isopure brands that offer clear protein shakes. My favorite is SEEQ but I will take any brand clear over thick milky whey. Clear Whey tastes like fruit drink.

Yeah I’ll get the Isopure clear punch . Gives you 20g with minimal ingredients. If CBUM is on selling then the strawberry is my go to. If they have a buy get one I would load up on the strawberry. Lately prices have crept up so have to Look at others . Costco just had a heck of a deal on optimum . 40.00 for a 5 pound bag . Got like 4 bags . That should hold Me over for a bit

Isopure clear is great too - mixes well in coffee and bakes well.

Those of us who can't stand the creamy whey protein flavor will stick to clear protein. It's been a huge game changer for me.

Isopure has some good clear ones. I like the citrus lemonade. I use more water so it isn’t overly sweet. Was never a fan of the chalky ones. They also sell an unflavored one that I add to things. Available at Target or Amazon.

I didn't love thick protien drinks so discovering clear fruity ones has been an absolute game changer for me. I like the isopure brand ones but im sure there are others. It takes like a slightly more sour version of crystal lite.

Does it have to go in your coffee? Many powdered whey protein products don’t mix well in hot beverages & you’d probably have to use an awful lot of the bottled protein beverages to get a worthwhile amount of protein. Collagen peptides work well for tho. In cold or even room temp, I use Isopure “Clear”. It’s a whey powder that, for some reason, dissolves easily in cooler liquids. I mix a half scoop (12 gm protein/55 cal) in 12 oz water with a powder fiber supplement every day between lunch & dinner. Protein, fiber & water in one fell swoop!

Naked Whey from Amazon doesn’t have all the fake sugars and ingredients of the other brand names. I think it tastes better too! If you want clear protein, like lemonade-style, Isopure clear whey (from Target or Amazon) is great! I mix that with water, ice, and fiber powder and sip on it all day. It takes 30 minutes or so to fully dissolve, so don’t be surprised if it needs to sit for a while.

i drink Isopure Clear Whey Isolate Protein Powder Infusions in citrus lemonade. it does this gross foaming thing so i shake it and let it sit for 15 mins in the fridge so it’s super cold. tastes like shitty crystal lite lemonade and i cringe every time i drink it but i’ve been drinking it almost every day for almost a year which is crazy for me.
