I am a huge fan of lemonade powder packets, so I really liked Isopure Clear. Pretty sure i got the mixed berry flavor from Costco, it was delicious. Definitely prefer these over the typical vanilla/chocolate powders
Its an extra step, but I've found the best solution is to use unflavored protein powder, and add my own flavor too it. Currently, I'm using isopure clear unflavored protein sticks in my iced coffee. It only has 10g of protein, but it blends really well into any beverage! Takes a minute or two of shaking, and it has a slightly salty flavor if you do it in plain water (because of the electrolytes). Its a little annoying, because it doesn't come in a bulk "jar" format, only on-the-go sticks. I've also tried Vega Plain and Simple vanilla, which tasted fine, but had a slightly chalky/filmy texture. I'm using it for baking until its gone. I'm working on trying isopure unflavored and tera's whey unflavored, as they had the highest reviews for texture I could find, but I have to wait for shipping.
Adding to say, if you're looking for a good "ready to drink" protein shake, the only two I've found easily available are bolthouse farms protein drinks and nesquick protein drinks. Both are high in sugar, so that could be a deal breaker. Nesquick is pretty affordable, but doesn't come in anything other than chocolate and vanilla (maybe strawberry, but I've never seen it.) Bolthouse farms is pricier, but comes in more varieties, and is delicious.
Clear whey protein shakes - like SEEQ, myProtein, Isopure brands that offer clear protein shakes. My favorite is SEEQ but I will take any brand clear over thick milky whey. Clear Whey tastes like fruit drink.
We just brought Good Protein Chocolate Fudge All-in-One Shake, 2kg and then this is what we always buy Isopure Clear Protein, Tropical Punch, 1.25 kg, Alani Protein Shake Cookies N Cream, chocolate BioX Power Whey Complex 2.27kg not at Costco from Popeyes supplement,
Yeah I’ll get the Isopure clear punch . Gives you 20g with minimal ingredients. If CBUM is on selling then the strawberry is my go to. If they have a buy get one I would load up on the strawberry. Lately prices have crept up so have to Look at others . Costco just had a heck of a deal on optimum . 40.00 for a 5 pound bag . Got like 4 bags . That should hold Me over for a bit
I use Seeq or Isopure clear protein. I really dislike the milkshake consistency of your typical powders. Clear is just like a nice fruity drink.
