I like Just Ingredients protein powders, put it in smoothies frequently .

This really depends on your personal preference of taste, ingredient list, and financial situation. A lot of the protein powders in big box stores have a long list of ingredients that just aren’t necessary. Yes, this includes the popular ones. If that doesn’t bother you, go simply off taste and the amount of protein per serving. If finding a better option interest you, look for less ingredients with less artificial crap. They do come at a higher price. For me personally, I use just ingredients protein powder and OWYN premade protein drinks (they are VERY easy on the stomach since they have minimal ingredients and are vegan).

Just Ingredients. It’s the ONLY protein powder I’ve ever been able to just use water with and not think it was trash. It also has zero questionable ingredients in it and tastes delicious. I generally buy the vanilla because I like to jazz it up with other things, but my husband goes for the chocolate and mixes in PB Fit. I am in no way affiliated but you could definitely find a promo code online to save 10-15%.

My favorite I’ve ever tried is Just Ingredients. You can order online or get it at Whole Foods. No weird ingredients or artificial stuff. I love the vanilla bean flavor
