Gosh I wish I had known about the protein being the remedy for severe nausea during first trimester. I spent weeks barely getting out of bed just from the nausea. Then i upped my protein intake and it was the only thing that worked . Highly highly recommend Just Ingredients protein powder! I use the chocolate one , it’s real cacao, all natural ingredients, no added sugar. They have tons of other flavors as well, and plain. I blend with ice, PB, banana. Then throughout the day I found eating full fat yogurt with honey, berries etc helped immensely.

I gave up trying to meet the goal without protein powder. I get the Just Ingredients brand chocolate and try to have it first thing in the morning or right after my workouts. (They say it’s v important to get protein within an hour of a workout.) Aside from that, I have been making big batches beans and or chili and turning it into a taco salad protein bowl thing. Also adding the same beans to my salads when I think of it. It’s really tough to hit the goal.

Hi all, first post and new creami owner. I was wondering if anyone had success with using the Ora so lean so clean vegan vanilla protein? Not vegan but was trying to find a clean protein powder, avoiding sucrulose and erythritol. Anyway, attempted to make sugar cookie flavor w/22 oz plain fairlife (deluxe pint) 1 scoop protein, 1/2 tsp almond extract, 1/2 tsp xanthane gum, sprinkles. Used a hand frother. Frozen 24+ hours. Was not impressed. Texture was ok, but flavor was.. definitely not crave-able. Not sure if it’s just not liking the flavor of the powder itself? Thought I’ve made shakes with almond milk, a splash of the extract, and it’s been decent. Due to the cost of the power I really wanted it to work but I also can’t find a single post using it. Which makes me wonder if it’s just a no go for the creami? My first pint was with just ingredients chocolate which was delish. Then flav city choc pb which had an aftertaste (stevia prob?) thanks for reading

My favs are from drink wholesome and just ingredients. Both use monk fruit as a sweetener, which I prefer over all the rest.
