I don’t really like chocolate (sorry no recos there) but I do hate the watery texture too sksksk. I like the milkshake vibe too so maybe you would like going for blends like whey + casein and the one i use is from JYM pro

It's a quality product. Optimum filters their whey protein more though (less fat), so the flavors may not be as tasty as some others. Definitely can't go wrong starting with a 2lb tub from them though, and you can explore other companies from there. I personally use Pro Jym Protein Powder. Ghost has great flavors, too (they won't be making their Oreo powder much longer if you want to try that before it's off the shelves).

This is the protein I use. Tastes great and mixes really good.

Taste wise, JYM rocky road flavor.
