Ka’chava is delicious (only tried vanilla so far)! I use Planet Oatmilk Extra Creamy Unsweetened instead of water and add a scoop of Cocoa (TJ’s). Sometimes add a half frozen banana…mix well in a Nutra Bullet! EXTREMELY creamy, not frozen and watery. Seriously yummy! 😋
I swear by Kachava!
Wow they sent it! Kachava wouldn’t send theirs which now feels sus
My favorite is Kachava how isn’t that up there
I am gluten free and use Kachava but you will need to check it for dairy.
I really like ka'chava- it's a powder, not ready to go- but it's borderline a meal replacement with how many nutrients are in it and it tastes delicious.
Protein bars or protein shakes, but watch for sugar content. Kachava is really good, has 25g protein per scoop + a bunch of vitamins and nutrients. Tofu is king lol. Soy chunks are awesome and super quick to cook and add to anything. Sprouted bread with nut butter is 👌
Ca chava is pretty darn good! Mixes well, taste good and I feel good! I’m not seeing it on the list and am surprised.
My family uses Jay Robb Egg White Protein - it does have a little artificial sweetener in it, but it is super smooth. My personal favorite is Kachava, which is pea protein (I try to avoid too much dairy or soy) and comes in a chai flavor that I really love with almost anything - bananas, peanut butter, blueberries, etc.
About 80% of my creamis are my daily dose of Kachava which work \*great\* as 'light' or soft serve :)
I use all of them :D I mix with water or part water part oat milk and shake/blend until the shake gets nice and thick. They do the powder-y ice-y top on the first spin: add plant/milk into the central area and respin or use the mix-in setting. Gives a nice soft gelato texture. Because Kachava uses monk fruit as the sweetener it has no artificial (or stevia) after taste. It's a sinful level of enjoyable to be so darned healthy :P
It’s expensive, but I like Kachava.
If you subscribe and buy 3-4 bags at once it’s not too bad. As someone who has become more lactose intolerant with age, I like that it’s plant based.
