Most people are too fixated about the taste. Another important aspect other than total protein per serving is the actual leucine content per serving. As per my research nakpro does not rate high there. Below Rs. 2000 Muscle Blaze raw concentrate has the highest leucine per serving. Asitis comes close second.
My entire family is uses Whey. While my wife and I use MB Biozyne, we give MB Raw concentrate to our kids and my Mom (she is 84) since it is unflavoured and no artificial sweeteners
I use the unflavoured muscle blaze whey protein, havenβt had issues with it so far. But I workout 3-4x a week.
Has anyone or OP tried MB biozyme Iso pure? Is it light on the gut. I am currently using MB Unflavoured whey and TWT choco flavour, am actually using them for quite a years now. Just thought I will try this biozyme once
Don't buy any products at LAC.. they're expensive AF.. only rookies will go there. Look up Shopee/Lazada etc, sometimes they have sales which can help with further saving. I used to frequent ON whey, but then recently the price increased by quite a bit which doesn't look favourable to me anymore. Used to be able to get the 5lbs tub for $75-80, now with discounts it's around $110-115 ish. Another brand I'd recommend is MuscleBlaze whey, during sales a 5lbs tub could drop to around $65-70. Despite being an Indian brand, they're actually lab tested by US & UK, so it's safe to go and it helped me with bloating as well. Avoid getting from myprotein, they usually jack up their prices, after applying discount codes you're basically paying for their original retail prices (lol).
If you've drank ON before.. I'd say they're sweeter by around 1.5x but they cause bloating for me so I had to switch back to ON/MuscleBlaze. The taste isn't that great either.. you'll get sick of it after awhile.. because it lacks the depth of flavour, like the chocolate doesn't really taste like chocolate..
Check out Labdoor for proper ratings on protein powder; they help to weed out the bad ones by doing tests on them. Crrently im using a brand called muscleblaze which seems to be hitting all the spots here, and is quite cost-savvy too.
Be careful of plant-based protein powders because they tend to be quite heavy on those metals. Try looking at **Labdoor**, which tests protein powders on the market. I have been using MuscleBlaze, no problems with it so far.
If you are looking at purely value for money, I would say MuscleBlaze, with vouchers and their regular sales, itβs always a bargain.
Muscleblaze causes the most gas and bloating with farts. Never buying it again.
