Started using MB Clean Raw Whey Concentrate as a beginner, should I move to MBs Biozyme performance whey protein any other fancy labels, are they any different?
I bought it since it was affordable one as I am a student, i did have some bloating issues in the beginning, but now its fine. I will try the Biozyme one too. Thanks.
Most people are too fixated about the taste. Another important aspect other than total protein per serving is the actual leucine content per serving. As per my research nakpro does not rate high there. Below Rs. 2000 Muscle Blaze raw concentrate has the highest leucine per serving. Asitis comes close second.
My entire family is uses Whey. While my wife and I use MB Biozyne, we give MB Raw concentrate to our kids and my Mom (she is 84) since it is unflavoured and no artificial sweeteners
Refer to Trustified channel on YouTube. They do blind testing of the products. Depends on your budget chose one that is Trustified. My personal preference is Muscle Blaze and ON
In my opinion isolate feels a lot better and lighter to digest compared to concentrate. I used Muscleblaze and amul for concentrate and ON and the difference is huge, so yea I don't mind paying extra for that.
If you don't have problems digesting lactose, whey protein conc. is a good option for you. If you're sensitive to it, WPI is the way to go. If you're on a budget, or are vegan, plant protein is a great alternative. However, it can take a while to adapt to plant protein's grainy texture and taste. Brands that I suggest which are trustworthy and avoid fillers are OWN by Food Pharmer TWT or raw / unflavored whey protein from ; Naturaltein Asitis Nutrabay Muscleblaze Muscle Nectar
I take muscle blaze raw one. It was around 2200 earlier for 1 kgs pack. I am 40 now I lost around around 22 kgs in last 1.5 years and gaining good strength. Most people take high price one due to marketing gimmick and FOMO I never tried isolate one. Way too costly as per Rs. par gram protein is considered. People think that it will not lead to digestion issue due to low lactose? How much diffence it make? Some brand tell it is clean and some brand tell it using stevia and all bla bla bla marketing and charges high premium to customers. Than there numerous paid account on accounts on social media including reddit who comment or make post to make a particular high price brand look good and people purchase it in FOMO. Protein by its nature is heavy to digest and you take any protein unless there is big differece it is of no use. Pick one good brand which is budget friendly and don't get into FOMO and marketing gimmicks. It is supplement and not food.
