Started using MB Clean Raw Whey Concentrate as a beginner, should I move to MBs Biozyme performance whey protein any other fancy labels, are they any different?
I bought it since it was affordable one as I am a student, i did have some bloating issues in the beginning, but now its fine. I will try the Biozyme one too. Thanks.
Most people are too fixated about the taste. Another important aspect other than total protein per serving is the actual leucine content per serving. As per my research nakpro does not rate high there. Below Rs. 2000 Muscle Blaze raw concentrate has the highest leucine per serving. Asitis comes close second.
My entire family is uses Whey. While my wife and I use MB Biozyne, we give MB Raw concentrate to our kids and my Mom (she is 84) since it is unflavoured and no artificial sweeteners
Refer to Trustified channel on YouTube. They do blind testing of the products. Depends on your budget chose one that is Trustified. My personal preference is Muscle Blaze and ON
Not worth it. If 4 people split it it's 5.5k (for 5kg per head) per head, you're better off buying MuscleBlaze 5kg for 5k. You're saving 500 and getting better quality than this. Absolutely no upside.
If you don't have problems digesting lactose, whey protein conc. is a good option for you. If you're sensitive to it, WPI is the way to go. If you're on a budget, or are vegan, plant protein is a great alternative. However, it can take a while to adapt to plant protein's grainy texture and taste. Brands that I suggest which are trustworthy and avoid fillers are OWN by Food Pharmer TWT or raw / unflavored whey protein from ; Naturaltein Asitis Nutrabay Muscleblaze Muscle Nectar
Go for a basic whey (TrueBasics / AS-IT-IS / MB Raw) and start with half scoop to see how your body reacts. You donāt need women-specific protein marketing hai mostly Just pick something clean, digestible, and youāll be sorted.
Muscle blaze offers 33 servings and 24g protein in each, at 2000-2050 but unflavoured, other one is nakpro gold its good cause its a blend of concentrate and isolate. It has 28 or 29 servings ig and 25g in each. It costed me 1740. The cheapest is jan aushadhi at 1350. It gives 24g in each and 30 servings
I use the unflavoured muscle blaze whey protein, havenāt had issues with it so far. But I workout 3-4x a week.
