Changed from On performance whey to MB Gold Whey isolate
For a mild, chocolate-milk-like taste, Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate is a pretty safe pick not too sweet and mixes smoothly. MuscleBlaze Rich Chocolate and Nutrabay Whey are also decent if you want something simple and not overpowering. Taste is subjective, so I usually just check recent flavour reviews and prices online before ordering. https://fitwithfuel.wordpress.com/2025/12/08/best-whey-protein-powders-under-%e2%82%b92000-in-india/
I am currently cutting and Whey protein is obviously great but it does cause bloating to me everytime, I take it, now I just take it on Tuesdays, when I don't eat non veg. Now I rather prefer 250g Chicken breast 5 whole eggs 100g Greek Yoghurt I manage to get around 100g-110g Protein with 1700-1800 calories which I feel is fair enough. However yes, if whey protein didn't cause me issues, it would have been much easier for me š I have tried GNC, ON, Avvatar, MB, Nakpro, Nutrabay And all of them did give me bloating. I take 2 scoops of Whey on Tuesday now, when I don't eat non veg, and add some more Greek Yoghurt and Low fat paneer.
From Nakpro I use Hydro. Perform and Gold should be better than Impact. MB I tried the raw whey and Biozyme whey. Raw whey turned me into a gas cylinder. No issues with Biozyme.
Yup...muscleblaze and their biozyme series is generally a good option. Even without the sale...I get it for 3800 (with coupons) for the 1kg. So...thats great on the pocket. And never faced any digestion issues. Some others would be Avvtar and Nutabay. They're good too.
Muscle blaze ka biozyme lele taste badiya hai result bhi thik hi kaga mereko quality bhi thik hai
**Any good brand protein that suits your body. Stop listening to fitness influencers saying this protein if the best and that is the worst.** For example, the Whole Truth protein did not suit my body but Muscleblaze biozyme did. So the took the latter. Does that mean the whole truth is bad? Nopes. Just listen to your body and you are good to go.
both options r safe and effective but it comes down to how much u want to spend. muscleblaze biozyme is includes digestive enzymes so it is great for sensitive stomach. however if u just want protein on budget u can go for nakpro
