Dymatize ISO 100.
But tbh I've used muscleblaze, Fuel on without flavour to dyamatize ISO100. Tried different brand apart from taste and little texture you won't feel much difference. I've consumed 2-3 iso100 then switched back to ON/geyor's essentials. Because spending is not VFM. Not much difference.
Better to invest in something else.
I wouldn't be too hasty to blame just the maltodextrin for your digestive issues, maltodextein is bad but some people have issues digesting lactose, so maybe try isolate protein (where the lactose is removed).
If I were you, this is what I'd do, try Whey Concentrate of a different brand. If the digestion issue persists then move on to Whey Isolate.
As for the question you asked as to what brand I'd suggest, that would depend on the budget.
I personally purchase my protein in the 2 to 2.5K range, currently I'm using Muscle Nectar which is a blend of Isolate & Concentrate & costs around 2.3K, i have previously used Avvatar, Muscleblaze, Naturaltein & Fuel One.
I do not purchase Muscleblaze & Avvatar anymore because they have become ridiculously & unreasonably expensive and cost around 3K right now.
P.S : I wrote all that jazz under the assumption that you are unaware of different types of whey, if you're already aware Please accept my apologies for giving unsolicited gyaan.
There are not many options. Nakpro seems to be a more trusted brand with good reviews and ratings. Plus Trustified has not yet put it in the bad books so it does the job.
Please suggest other options .. (On, My Protien are way expensive.. whole truth seems fake af and disgusting taste ..MB seem like a scam since they have inflated their pice so much ... Fuelone is as good as Nakpro)
Was about to comment the same. Amul is the only stable and trusted one under 2k. They have their own end to end supply chain making them more stable than other brands about pricing. Fuel one started at 1600rs and now it's 2200, they keep increasing price.
even though the post bash nakpro their flavours taste decent... especially coffee and malai kulfi....I didn't find any lab test which showed the protein % as 45% instead of 65.......5-10% is a manageable deviation considering the price....I used to buy atom but they increased fking 400 -500 rs in 2. months...I bought it for 1500 rs and fuel one too increased its price...I used to buy it for 1600 and now it's 2000 rs c'mon...only option left for me is nakpro...I tried a sample from muscle blaze and damn it tastes the same as fuel one Maybe bcz fuel one is a sub brand of muscle blaze
