ive tried TWT and OWN both are good but after trying multiple other brands this is what i feel: TWT overpriced asf not worth it unless u have a very sensitive stomach OWN good for the price still taste is mid.. BUT is on the cheaper side. I feel a protein is clean if they do not have any ARTIFICIAL(NOT NATURE IDENTICAL) FLAVORING or any gums or thickeners as clean.. Using Sucralose and nature identical flavors are fine for ur stomach and there are no side effects.. In fact almost every store bought items do have flavoring substances in them.. Monk fruit and stevia sweetners are shit and using only cocao powder does not give it good flavor over if u do not consider flavour as a factor too most of the brands with these are OVERPRICED ASF... Overall if u have 6k id recommend getting pure iso whey by either muscle blaze or any brand.. I prefer muscle blaze as they dont use gums or thickeners and sucralose is not a problem..

If you don't have problems digesting lactose, whey protein conc. is a good option for you. If you're sensitive to it, WPI is the way to go. If you're on a budget, or are vegan, plant protein is a great alternative. However, it can take a while to adapt to plant protein's grainy texture and taste. Brands that I suggest which are trustworthy and avoid fillers are OWN by Food Pharmer TWT or raw / unflavored whey protein from ; Naturaltein Asitis Nutrabay Muscleblaze Muscle Nectar

Go for a basic whey (TrueBasics / AS-IT-IS / MB Raw) and start with half scoop to see how your body reacts. You don’t need women-specific protein marketing hai mostly Just pick something clean, digestible, and you’ll be sorted.

I use the unflavoured muscle blaze whey protein, haven’t had issues with it so far. But I workout 3-4x a week.

MuscleBlaze recently had a super good deal. 5LB tub for $65?? iirc. Previously I was using 10lbs bag Mutant Whey from Ultimate Sup for $150 like that (imo very worth it). Usually I go for ON, but ON prices haven't been kind lately..

Don't buy any products at LAC.. they're expensive AF.. only rookies will go there. Look up Shopee/Lazada etc, sometimes they have sales which can help with further saving. I used to frequent ON whey, but then recently the price increased by quite a bit which doesn't look favourable to me anymore. Used to be able to get the 5lbs tub for $75-80, now with discounts it's around $110-115 ish. Another brand I'd recommend is MuscleBlaze whey, during sales a 5lbs tub could drop to around $65-70. Despite being an Indian brand, they're actually lab tested by US & UK, so it's safe to go and it helped me with bloating as well. Avoid getting from myprotein, they usually jack up their prices, after applying discount codes you're basically paying for their original retail prices (lol).

If you've drank ON before.. I'd say they're sweeter by around 1.5x but they cause bloating for me so I had to switch back to ON/MuscleBlaze. The taste isn't that great either.. you'll get sick of it after awhile.. because it lacks the depth of flavour, like the chocolate doesn't really taste like chocolate..
