i take muscle blaze whey energy 2kg mango flavour around 3600-3800 on amazon. i recommend
Muscle blaze offers 33 servings and 24g protein in each, at 2000-2050 but unflavoured, other one is nakpro gold its good cause its a blend of concentrate and isolate. It has 28 or 29 servings ig and 25g in each. It costed me 1740. The cheapest is jan aushadhi at 1350. It gives 24g in each and 30 servings
I am currently cutting and Whey protein is obviously great but it does cause bloating to me everytime, I take it, now I just take it on Tuesdays, when I don't eat non veg. Now I rather prefer 250g Chicken breast 5 whole eggs 100g Greek Yoghurt I manage to get around 100g-110g Protein with 1700-1800 calories which I feel is fair enough. However yes, if whey protein didn't cause me issues, it would have been much easier for me š I have tried GNC, ON, Avvatar, MB, Nakpro, Nutrabay And all of them did give me bloating. I take 2 scoops of Whey on Tuesday now, when I don't eat non veg, and add some more Greek Yoghurt and Low fat paneer.
MuscleBlaze recently had a super good deal. 5LB tub for $65?? iirc. Previously I was using 10lbs bag Mutant Whey from Ultimate Sup for $150 like that (imo very worth it). Usually I go for ON, but ON prices haven't been kind lately..
Don't buy any products at LAC.. they're expensive AF.. only rookies will go there. Look up Shopee/Lazada etc, sometimes they have sales which can help with further saving. I used to frequent ON whey, but then recently the price increased by quite a bit which doesn't look favourable to me anymore. Used to be able to get the 5lbs tub for $75-80, now with discounts it's around $110-115 ish. Another brand I'd recommend is MuscleBlaze whey, during sales a 5lbs tub could drop to around $65-70. Despite being an Indian brand, they're actually lab tested by US & UK, so it's safe to go and it helped me with bloating as well. Avoid getting from myprotein, they usually jack up their prices, after applying discount codes you're basically paying for their original retail prices (lol).
If you've drank ON before.. I'd say they're sweeter by around 1.5x but they cause bloating for me so I had to switch back to ON/MuscleBlaze. The taste isn't that great either.. you'll get sick of it after awhile.. because it lacks the depth of flavour, like the chocolate doesn't really taste like chocolate..
MuscleBlaze is the best option for me
Iāve been using Muscleblaze for some time now, seems to be fine.
Using muscle blaze since the past 6 months. Feels it suits me because no bloating, no aftertaste and mixes well.
I find Muscle blaze to be pretty reliable and comparatively affordable. They had a sale last week during which you can get 2kg whey protein for 5k.
