Try muscle blaze isolate , orange flavour. Tastes like tang and is very light. Infact sometime i look forward to drinking it after workout unlike the normal ones which causes me gut issues and have a hard time drinking.
I switched to optimum nutrition now its very light too, taste is top notch, feels like chocolate milk shake and a little bit of irony taste i feel sometimes…
MyProtein Impact unflavoured whey - I find this suits me best without bloating or random bubbly feeling in my gut. I’ve tried MuscleBlaze (Chocolate) and The Whole Truth (unflavoured) in the past - both of these were okay but mildly affected my gut.
OP, also saw your comment on water intake. Make sure to increase it gradually throughout the day, and not suddenly jumping to 3L.
Not worth it. If 4 people split it it's 5.5k (for 5kg per head) per head, you're better off buying MuscleBlaze 5kg for 5k.
You're saving 500 and getting better quality than this. Absolutely no upside.
