Woman here, I drink chocolate flavoured FuelOne Max. It offers 28g protein per scoop and I love the taste
I've been using fuel one whey max , it's trustified approved. Costed me 2K for 1kg . Price ranges from 2k-2.3k depending on flavours. It actually tasted good. Mango flavour is good but way too sweet 🥹🥹
Well it doesn't cause any bloating and any sort of digestive issues, so win win 🫡🫡
Yes I get that but this one doesn't bloat me neither cause any digestive issues, I'm kinda sensitive to these stuff 🥹🥹. I took risk for this one, it worked
Was about to comment the same. Amul is the only stable and trusted one under 2k. They have their own end to end supply chain making them more stable than other brands about pricing. Fuel one started at 1600rs and now it's 2200, they keep increasing price.
I use Fuel One Whey Max too
Fuel One Whey Max, 75% protein for 2000.
yogabar plant protein is actually good. they use monk fruit which is very rare for budget brands (usually only expensive ones like twt use it). since it is a pea + rice protein blend the texture will strictly be chalky or grainy compared to whey. it won't be smooth like a milkshake but if u can handle the earthy taste the ingredient is clean for the money.
for \~2250 u get 27g protein which is higher than most budget concentrates. since it is a blend of concentrate + isolate and has added digestive enzymes it digests way better than standard raw whey. definitely a good pick

MyProtein Impact unflavoured whey - I find this suits me best without bloating or random bubbly feeling in my gut. I’ve tried MuscleBlaze (Chocolate) and The Whole Truth (unflavoured) in the past - both of these were okay but mildly affected my gut. OP, also saw your comment on water intake. Make sure to increase it gradually throughout the day, and not suddenly jumping to 3L.
Check whether you are lactose intolerant and also whether the protein powder had skimmed milk which aggravates the issue. I use MB Biozyne or Fuel One Max.
I’ve actually tried Nakpro and Fuelone, both were fine for me digestion wise. One more I’d add in the mid budget range is BigMuscles Premium Gold Whey. I used it for about 2–3 months during a lean bulk and didn’t face bloating or weird aftertaste.
I have been taking whey for a while and have tried a couple of brands under different budgets. Here are the ones I have never faced any problems with. Prices are for 1kg pack. Under 2k Nakpro Perform Whey A little sweeter but I like both chocolate and malai kulfi flavour. Between 2k to 2.5k Fuelone Naturaltein Superyou Chocolate flavours for all. The first two are really good. Didn’t find superyou’s taste there honestly, it’s okayish. Above 2.5k The Whole Truth Light, mixes well and decent taste. I know I have missed a dozen brands but don’t wanna put anything that I haven’t tried for atleast 30 days. Also, whey suits me, so haven’t included isolate options. Lastly, a thumb rule of buying protein - always take a tester pack first (mini one week pack). Hope this helps if you’re buying whey for first time.
Don't buy any products at LAC.. they're expensive AF.. only rookies will go there. Look up Shopee/Lazada etc, sometimes they have sales which can help with further saving. I used to frequent ON whey, but then recently the price increased by quite a bit which doesn't look favourable to me anymore. Used to be able to get the 5lbs tub for $75-80, now with discounts it's around $110-115 ish. Another brand I'd recommend is MuscleBlaze whey, during sales a 5lbs tub could drop to around $65-70. Despite being an Indian brand, they're actually lab tested by US & UK, so it's safe to go and it helped me with bloating as well. Avoid getting from myprotein, they usually jack up their prices, after applying discount codes you're basically paying for their original retail prices (lol).
If you've drank ON before.. I'd say they're sweeter by around 1.5x but they cause bloating for me so I had to switch back to ON/MuscleBlaze. The taste isn't that great either.. you'll get sick of it after awhile.. because it lacks the depth of flavour, like the chocolate doesn't really taste like chocolate..
