I've always liked Muscle Feast products.

There are a few facets to this: cost, calories, lead content. It's also worth noting that different products have different serving sizes, which each have differing protein and calorie content. It's difficult to compare across products, for that reason. I've been doing research on products and have settled on "per 100g protein" as a metric. Here are a few suggestions: * Cheapest: Nutricost Whey Protein Powder, $2.79 and 480 calories/100g protein. No lead testing. * With lead testing: Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard, $4.18 and 500 calories/100g protein, 1.2 mcg lead/100g protein (low) * Lowest calories: Isopure Zero Carb, $6.13 and 400 calories/100g protein. No lead testing. * With lead testing: Muscle Feast Grass-Fed, $6.10 and 423 calories/100g protein, 0 mcg lead/100g protein (very low) I hope this helps! If you'd like more detail about a particular product, or in general, let me know!

Muscle feast!!! Great brand, barely has ingredients...my only issue it has Stevia and although it's not bad, I like sugar cane

Antler Farms (whey) Strict New Zealand laws and no garbage fillers nor gums. Clean. Also Muscle Feast (casein). Clean. Look out for the ingredients: Sucralose, Ace-K, Carageenan, etc. All gut disruptors.

Antler Farms has strict New Zealand quality/purity laws behind it. AGN Roots (unflavored only) is 100% grass fed Irish whey. Muscle Feast is another option that I use. Learn to read ingredients. Check out JKremmerFitness on YouTube. He reviews tons of them. Goes deep.

I used promix, but heard it might be amino spiked (falsely upping the protein numbers). AGN Roots is CLEAN, but unflavored only. I use that as well as Antler Farms (strict NZ purity standards) for my whey (post workout), and Muscle Feast (casein) for off days, in shake, or mixed in with good yogurt.
