Isowhey is pretty good.
Ok wait, are you sleeping on Halloumi? You grill it so it’s hot and crispy crunchy 11/10 Also protein powder in eeeeeverything. If you’re in Aus Sustagen Hospital Formula is banging, and Isowhey is also pretty good. I do crispy air fryer chickpeas and mix them into pesto pasta. Almonds in everything. Chia pudding with protein powder and fruit then chuck a handful of nuts and seeds on it!
Kung Ang term mo is hindi mabigat sa tummy, Kasi most of regular whey is mabigat talaga due to calories ranging from 120-200 samahan mo pa Nung kaunting fat at sugar nun pero kung gusto mo talaga magaan sa tiyan is mag isolate whey protein ka talaga Kasi mas much lesser calories, sugar and fat.
more & more protein coffee flavored protein muscle tech peanut butter my protein salted caramel these flavors arent too sweet and arent artificial and they mix well in water and milk
I'm Aussie and have the deluxe also. Vanilla is the hardest flavour to nail! I've almost given up on it My favourite recipe at the moment is 300ml so good chocolate almond milk 30g violet crumble protein powder 80g greek yoghurt Guar gum 1/4tsp Top up to the max fill line with skim milk You could sub whatever flavour protein powder you have I've also found muscle tech vanilla ice cream flavour protein powder gives best vanilla flavour so far but still not loving it. Maybe I need to add sweeteners Frozen fruit mixed with yoghurt and almond or skim milk also turns out nice with natural sweetness (I've done a mango and a raspberry version so far)
Nutritech (very expensive now though) Clear Nutrition (price also went up substantially) - a tad sweeter than Nutritech vanilla but still tastes good. Honourable mentions would be Biogen ... MuscleTech is probably the best BUT it's crazy expensive
