Not ON, they've only been successfully sued once about 10 years ago for false claims in another product. I will say they aren't the best, but its the most conveniently available brand worldwide and gets the job done so I felt I should include it. Protein has came to cost a clean fortune now, so having a variety of brands you like to watch for sales is the best way. Looking at my orders page on MyProtein the same tub of Clear Whey Isolate I bought for £12.20 in 2021 is now retailing for £28! As I understand the initial impact of war in Ukraine caused supply disruption for a short period and the companies decided to permanently run wild with it. The \*£37\* Dymatize I recommended is also only £24 in America so there is a local mugging to it as well

I've recently started getting iced espresso at Starbucks and then using a peanut butter chocolate premier shake as the "milk" to mix it together and make a protein latte. I also really like clear protein. I use myprotein and like quite a few of their flavors. I shake then and then add ice so it's cold and tastes like juice.

I specifically like the rocket pop in myprotein, but it's shimmery which I HATE. Also if you're looking for a palatable snack or breakfast, Kodiak french toast sticks aren't bad with some sugar free syrup.

Try MyProtein clear whey isolate. They just taste like fruit juice or the flavoring you put in water. Very good if you don't like the thicker shakes. Lemonade and dragon are both really good.

Myprotein Lemon flavor is fantastic

Dont worry about brands. Find a whey protein that tastes good. MyProtein has a lemonade that I like. But mainly, just eat a lot. 4 meals a day, make sure each meal has about half a pound of meat. Fist sized portion per meal.

Have you noticed an off taste in the Sour Watermelon flavor recently? This used to be my favorite, but the last batch I got (of both the protein and the preworkout) tasted completely rotten. MyProtein's customer service was completely unhelpful; they told me the sewage aftertaste was "normal variation from the natural flavors they use." It's making me hesitant to order from MyProtein again even though I've ordered from there for years.

Optimum Nutrition stays as one of the best options. 3rd Party Tested so its reliable and Extreme Milk Chocolate is a great flavor. 5lbs will set you back roughly $100. MyProtein is also great in terms of quality, but just note that their dosages are usually 20g or 22g instead of 25g that you'll see in most other brands. The taste for MyProtein however is horrid except for their clear whey isolate

scrambled eggs and I eat yogurt with a scoop of protein powder added. I also make chicken salad often and find it a good easy snack or high protein lunch. I like isopure plain whey protein poweder it has nothing added. So many other powders and drinks have a lot of ingredients that don't agree with my stomach. "My Protein clear lemonade" is also great! I add some to a water bottle shake really well and it disolves and is really easy to drink in some extra fluids and protein at the same time. I have been adding in a lot of extra protein after needing surgery and it has helped me get my strength back and feel good!
