Myprotein natural flavours always been great for me, especially the chocolate, great with water and even better with milk, add 5g of creatine if required...
I actually liked the one from the Lidl! Also tried the white chocolate raspberry from myVegan but was not a fan.
Myprotein has a lot of different ones, I use the mix of bean and pea protein, but they also have soy or soy isolate and they all come in lots of flavors
MyProtein vegan impact protein is very smooth and somehow creamy (in a good way). IMO this is the best bang for your buck and they’re always doing sales. THE BEST protein is the clear vegan protein from myprotein. Literally like drinking juice, but the protein content is lower, so you have to double up the serving, and it ends up being slightly pricy. Muashi vanilla was fine, especially blended. I like their vanilla taste. Natures way is great blended but I can’t find big containers in stores. Macromike is a bit overrated for the money if you consume a lot of protein powder, especially if you’re consuming it with other things (eg in a smoothie or in seasoned oats) UNLESS you have the disposable $$ and drink it straight. It’s nice, very smooth, but I don’t get the hype (having tried 25+ different protein powders and loads of brands, I wouldn’t buy theirs again). I also tried to leave an honest review on their website and mysteriously it wouldn’t post… Bulk was so vile, I recently finished my big bag. Thank god. Never again.
They make such good protein shakes now. I did a little chef, combined my Impact Walnut with Soy Impact salted caramell. So good. Tastes amazing as I am leaving the gym.
I usually buy from Protein Works. Find the taste/texture superior to MyProtein, but they're all pretty similar. Bulk are good too.
Literally drinking the Bueno one right now haha. Totally endorse this message. Haven't had MyProtein in so long I can't remember why I switched away now tbh
I bought about a years worth of it when it was on deep discount and absolutely hate every flavor. It’s very synthetic tasting and I kept finding plastic bits in the peppermint one. I force myself to have them sometimes but absolutely hate it. Now the two MyProtein vegan powder I’ve tried is fine tasting, the vanilla chia and banana at least, so I was suprised how much I hate Whey forward. Different folks different strokes!
Vegan protein powder, I prefer bulk or my protein, fuck it even huel, soy milk, tofu, nutritional yeast, edamame, seitan, soy chunks. I don't know what amount of protein you're trying to hit, for how many calories in a day, but there are a fair few recipes and creators out there with specific advice for meals. In a lot of ways vegan protein is more about adding up in your meals rather than focusing on one source. For example, you make peanut butter tofu paper noodles with edamame and soy chunks and you've got a high asf protein meal, but you're using 3 sources. Blending silken tofu into basically everything that needs cream or milk.
