Myprotein whey isolate or Myprotein impact whey are great. If you mix with equal parts water you can use it as a sauce on a bowl of yoghurt with fruit on (skyr or Greek yoghurt) and you can get a very high amount of protein for little calories. Best way I’ve found

Your goal should be building muscle. Hit the gym. Focus, protein and Fat rich food. Eat food that has good complex carbs. Honestly consistency is the key.
You can eat, Dates, Banana, Milk, low fat Paneer, Sweet potato, Oatmeal with banana and peanut butter. Don't purchase peanut butter from store. Make it at home. It's easy. Initially, you may not notice the difference, one believe me one day it happens.
