Por otro lado opciones más económicas aunque no tengo tanta información sobre su fiabilidad podrían ser Prostar o Iso Sensation de Ultimate Nutrition⚠️
De todas formas dependiendo de tu caso suele ser mejor comprar la proteína proveniente de alimentos de origen animal en lugar de suplementos. Además también es importante darle mayor prioridad a los carbohidratos ya que son el principal combustible para nuestro cuerpo 🙏🫡
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard is a pretty safe bet for regular whey. MyProtein is also good, but you have to catch it on sale or order it through subscription, or it's pretty expensive. I just mix it with water. EDIT: As for flavor, if you like chocolate, chocolate flavors are also usually a good choice.
Goddamn, you're so right. I used to shop at myprotein because they were SUPER cheap. I just checked and it's 70 bucks for 2lb of whey, 115 for 5lb ...what the hell?!
I've been more plant based and whole foods of late ... pea protein and soy products/beans are where I get my protein and it's so much cheaper. Screw these guys...I'm just not going back. Vote with your wallets.
