I use Optimum Nutrition just because in terms of brand reputation they probably have the most to loose. Cheaper alternative is BAAM. Wouldn't trust Lazada sellers with supplements, unless it's an official Lazmall brand. My favorite protein powder was MyProtein unflavored, but last time I ordered I had to go to customs to pick it up and they had opened the pack and half the protein powder was out of the box, and they're no longer even shipping to Thailand.

I used myprotein unflavored for awhile. I def wouldn’t put protein powder of any variety into pasta but each to their own
