I use Optimum Nutrition just because in terms of brand reputation they probably have the most to loose.
Cheaper alternative is BAAM.
Wouldn't trust Lazada sellers with supplements, unless it's an official Lazmall brand.
My favorite protein powder was MyProtein unflavored, but last time I ordered I had to go to customs to pick it up and they had opened the pack and half the protein powder was out of the box, and they're no longer even shipping to Thailand.
What's your take regarding the safety/contamination aspects?
MP is my favorite as well taste-wise (cookies & cream is to die for).
I know they have an Origin range that came out recently that's meant to be more "checked".
Been a few years but the one that impressed me mos twhen it first came ouy is MyProtein cookies and cream..... blended with ice tasted a lot like a Burger King vanilla shake. Approaching as good as Maccas shake, but not quite there.
Been a while tho, so not sure if its still as good or if its gone the way of so many greats in recent years.
