The only one I’ve ever been able to tolerate is Naked brand organic brown rice powder, single ingredient, almost no taste, dissolves fairly easily.

my favorite is walmart brand equate plant (it's rice protein, quinoa protein, pea protein, and no stevia)! It's possible some of the different thickeners make you feel sick instead of the pea protein itself, especially if you can eat green peas without problem. Not tasty as a shake but ok in smoothies or oatmeal. Naked brand [organic brown rice powder](https://nakednutrition.com/products/organic-brown-rice-protein-powder). 25g protein per serving. Love it, shake it into my coldbrew every AM, dissolves immediately. Becomes like a milk almost. No additives. I follow an organic, chemical free diet, so I don’t like all the artificial ingredients in other brands. This is the cleanest one I’ve found, just the one single ingredient. I add a tsp of maple syrup and dash of vanilla extract for sweetness and flavor.

I buy naked protien powders because a ton of brands put artificial/non sugar sweeteners in theirs and I cannot stand the taste of those. Naked doesn't. Monk fruit is gross to me and it seems to be in a lot of protein powders. Naked has a "plain" that tastes faintly of dairy, no sweeteners. They have a brown rice one that is pretty good too for a non animal derived option. Makes it easy to mix with whatever.

I also like the Naked brand of protein powders unflavored - gives a lot of control without the extra additives or artificial sweeteners sometimes found in other flavored ones - and I even add the whey to my morning oatmeal to make it a bit more sustaining for the morning 😄

Check out unflavored protein powders like the Naked line. I also hate artificial sweeteners…yuck!!! You might’ve already tried this but there are savory cottage cheese bowl recipes out there. Also, legumes, tofu, and tempeh are your savory protein friends even if you’re not vegan :-)

Yes! Why do all the manufacturers think we like stevia? It’s so sickly sweet. Also, some of us are fine with a little real sugar!
