#2 on the list Naked makes that one of their key differentiators and why Iâve been getting it.
I find the pea protein always mixes best with a blender or shaker cup. Personally, before bed, I really enjoy a blend of cold almond milk, Naked Pea Vanilla protein powder, and orange sugar free Metamucil. I mix it up in a shaker cup. Tastes just like an orange creamsicle!!
I use Naked Nutrition unflavored/unsweetened pea protein. Their Mass Gainer is mentioned on there, but not any of their other products.
I like Vegaâs Protein Made Simple, but itâs only 15g per serving. They have other ones with more protein but they all have Stevia which I canât stand. All vegan. I also have bought Naked Pea in the past which is totally unsweetened but would be way too grainy in coffee! It also has a bit of a savory flavor (like peas). I mix it into overnight oats or smoothies but wouldnât drink it in something less flavorful. I have mixed collagen powder into coffee before and itâs basically flavorless and has a nice texture, so thatâs another option! Itâs not actually a complete protein, though, so might not e what youâre looking for.
Iâve been using naked pea protein for a month or so now. Itâs pretty good
Naked Pea Protein! No sweeteners or fillers. My friend accidentally bought too much and let me try some to see if it bothered me before I committed and bought a tub. It's very bland but fine for my stomach and is inexpensive and has 27g of protein so I think it will work.
My friend bought too much Naked Pea Protein Powder and let me have some to try. My stomach was ok! It's very plain but I don't mind the taste and it has 27g of protein and is inexpensive so it seems like a winner! As far as all the diet advice, I try and add protein to my meals, but I can't eat fish everyday, I'm a busy SAHM and sometimes lunch is a PB &J eaten while running around a playground during summer. I was looking to add a simple protein powder I could sip at 4am before my workout and just have some peace of mind that I started my day with protein.
Naked Pea Protein Powder which is 120 calories and 27g of protein. I mix it with 10oz of water. I don't mind the bland taste. I just started adding 5mg of creatine (Thorne) mostly for the heart, cognitive, and mood benefits because I'm peri menopausal and it's meant to be really helpful as you age. I'm only on day two of the creatine so I can't answer questions about how effective it is yet other than that it doesn't hurt my stomach.
Your smoothie base sounds really good already, the peanut butter and chia are probably giving you some decent protein and fiber. For protein powder, I'd say: - **Orgain Organic Protein** mixes pretty smooth and has a good amino profile, around 21g per scoop - **Energy Bits** is worth checking out if you want bioavailable protein from algae instead of processed powder. It's basically spirulina tablets you can toss in your blender, and people say it's great for gut health plus you get tons of micronutrients in one ingredient. No weird fillers or anything - **Naked Pea Protein** is super clean if you want something unflavored that won't change the taste of your smoothie For fiber specifically, psyllium husk powder works but can get gummy if you don't blend it quick. Ground flaxseed is probbaly easier and adds omega-3s too.
Chocolate truvani, frozen blueberries, 75% water - 25% unsweetened almond milk. Or naked pea with a scoop of cacoa.
Is this a serious problem if I have been taking around four servings a day of Naked Pea?
Thank you for sharing! You sound so knowledgeable at this fitness thing. Maybe Iâll switch back to naked pea since Iâve had it in the past and liked it. And the coffee flavored huel sounds so good!
