I can do unflavored pea protein from naked! I do frozen blueberries blackberries and raspberries and almond milk with it. After awhile on low histamine diet and dialing in my medications I started to tolerate Kate farms chocolate meal replacement shake https://shop.katefarms.com/products/high-protein-nutrition-shake My doctors now have me trying elemental diet and I have tried two: https://store.drruscio.com/products/elemental-heal-whey-free https://integrativepro.com/products/physicians-elemental-diet These are iffy for me, they make me feel pretty nauseous but no severe reactions and I am still working with my dietitian on how to make it work better for me.

Also, at least for me I was able to gain some foods back by focusing a lot on gut lining repair and soothing. Low fiber foods / ground up foods that require less digestion. Anti inflammatory supplements like ginger, chamomile, calendula. I also take some mucosal supports like slippery elm and marshmallow root, zinc carnosine, l-glutamine, etc. I also do things like drink lime juice from simply limeaid or take Super Enzymes to support digestion. YMMV but wanted to mention it! If you can lose foods that makes me think you may be able to gain foods also because I was also losing foods as my gut lining got more and more permeable and my digestion got weaker and weaker. My theory was that if my stomach failed to digest & denature the proteins properly, they would go through my sensitive intestinal tract and irritate the lining. Now that I focused on digestion and protecting my intestinal lining I am gaining foods back!

good luck friend, I am sending you healing vibes!! So sorry we are in this together, it sucks so bad. People who have not been through this have NO idea how bad life can get lol. You are in the right place though, it’s a lot of trial and error because it is so individual but this sub will give you a lot of ideas of what to try. Keep pushing forward! 🫡

ALSO if your digestion is really bad but you have less other MCAS issues like skin / respiratory you may consider getting some of your vitamins with stickers or injection. For example I take a b12 injection weekly and if I’m particularly unwell I take my multivitamin as a patch I stick on my skin similar to like a nicotine patch. https://a.co/d/e950Z7u Note: I do react to the multivitamin patches if I leave them on for a full 24h but I can usually get 12h without getting hives and then wash the site really well and it prevents any long term or lasting reaction but I still get benefits from it. If I do react I put cortisone cream on there and it clears it up pretty quick for me.

#2 on the list Naked makes that one of their key differentiators and why I’ve been getting it.

I like Vega’s Protein Made Simple, but it’s only 15g per serving. They have other ones with more protein but they all have Stevia which I can’t stand. All vegan. I also have bought Naked Pea in the past which is totally unsweetened but would be way too grainy in coffee! It also has a bit of a savory flavor (like peas). I mix it into overnight oats or smoothies but wouldn’t drink it in something less flavorful. I have mixed collagen powder into coffee before and it’s basically flavorless and has a nice texture, so that’s another option! It’s not actually a complete protein, though, so might not e what you’re looking for.

I’ve been using naked pea protein for a month or so now. It’s pretty good

Naked Pea Protein Powder which is 120 calories and 27g of protein. I mix it with 10oz of water. I don't mind the bland taste. I just started adding 5mg of creatine (Thorne) mostly for the heart, cognitive, and mood benefits because I'm peri menopausal and it's meant to be really helpful as you age. I'm only on day two of the creatine so I can't answer questions about how effective it is yet other than that it doesn't hurt my stomach.

Your smoothie base sounds really good already, the peanut butter and chia are probably giving you some decent protein and fiber. For protein powder, I'd say: - **Orgain Organic Protein** mixes pretty smooth and has a good amino profile, around 21g per scoop - **Energy Bits** is worth checking out if you want bioavailable protein from algae instead of processed powder. It's basically spirulina tablets you can toss in your blender, and people say it's great for gut health plus you get tons of micronutrients in one ingredient. No weird fillers or anything - **Naked Pea Protein** is super clean if you want something unflavored that won't change the taste of your smoothie For fiber specifically, psyllium husk powder works but can get gummy if you don't blend it quick. Ground flaxseed is probbaly easier and adds omega-3s too.

Chocolate truvani, frozen blueberries, 75% water - 25% unsweetened almond milk.  Or naked pea with a scoop of cacoa.

Is this a serious problem if I have been taking around four servings a day of Naked Pea?
