Do you have to have sweetened yogurt and protein powder? If not, buying plain is the way to go. The Naked Nutrition brand has protein powders that are unflavored, no extra ingredients. I get the pea protein from them, but they also have whey and other common options. https://nakednutrition.com/ For yogurt, I just buy plain yogurt and add my own mix ins (thawed frozen berries, peanut butter, flaxseed).
Naked brand is my fav! I know you said vanilla only but their strawberry banana is killer
Half a frozen banana, one serving of Naked Whey chocolate peanut butter flavor, and 4 ounces of liquid (milk or water for me). Gives a great milkshake texture. About 280 calories depending on the liquid. It's usually my breakfast.
Naked every day. Plus, I use Naked Nutrition. I love the Blueberry Muffin.
I have tried it at the suggestion of my weight loss doctor to try and get more protein in my diet. I'm really sensitive to non-sugar sweeteners, so I had to comb through the brands to find one that used sugar, had good reviews, and tested for lead - I landed on Naked. It's fine. The chocolate one that had instant coffee in it is better than the non-coffee ones, so I've bought instant coffee to add to the normal powder lol. I bought too much when I first ordered (I wanted to try 3 different products) and I'm doubting I'll ever get through it all before it goes bad... can pea protein go bad?
I tried a bunch of Naked protein powders until I found one that worked. Brown Rice is usually the most digestible, so could be worth a try: https://nakednutrition.com/products/organic-brown-rice-protein-powder They also have egg protein powder and goat whey, both of which may also work. I only use unflavored protein powder with zero additives - it’s the only way to guarantee that you know whether or not it’s okay for your stomach.

I'm almost done with my container of Naked Mass strawberry.
Not true at all lol. The CR test identified two of the 20 or so they tested as having unsafe lead levels. The Naked Vegan one is a pea and rice based protein powder. Peas, rice, and hemp are especially prone to lead contamination because they pull minerals (and metals) up efficiently through their roots. Guess where most of the US pea protein comes from? China and Thailand, both of which pea and rice plants are very commonly high in lead because the paddy soils are contaminated from past agricultural runoff and / or are close to other heavy metal industrial areas. Of course its better to source your own plants rather than rely on an industrial manufactured garbage product with zero testing.
