Naked Whey Iso, unflavored. Literally tastes like nothing. Mix it with milk or juice and it just tastes like milk or juice. I’ve had it on subscription delivery for years cause I hate the fake flavors and sweeteners. 30g protein in 2 scoops.
For chocolate taste, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard and Dymatize Elite mix well in a shaker and taste like a milkshake. Naked Nutrition Chocolate Whey is low sugar and natural tasting. Using milk instead of water makes it even creamier.
Naked brand chocolate whey protein powder. One frozen banana. 3tbs peanut butter. Whole milk. A lil cinnamon
Do you have issues digesting other dairy products/milk/cheese? If you have issues with other dairy you will have issues with whey (it's dairy). Try just plain, unflavored, unsweetened whey protein. A brand called Naked Whey makes both a regular whey and a whey protein isolate that is literally just unflavored, unsweetened whey. There are probably other brands. You'll need to read the ingredient list - it should just be whey and nothing else except maybe an emulsifier (like sunflower lecithin). If you try this and still have digestive issues, you likely just can't tolerate whey protein or need to build up to being able to tolerate it (depending on how bad the issues are - if you're just a little bloated or gassy after having a shake that might go away or ease after a week or two of having them regularly). You'll want to mix the plain protein powder with your own flavorings and sweetener. IMO it does not taste good on its own. Be weary that a lot of people have digestive issues with artificial sweeteners, which are commonly found in protein drinks, protein drink recipes, and flavored protein powders. Stick with adding ingredients to flavor/sweeten that you know you tolerate well.
I dreaded shakes too until I tried a good quality clean unflavored whey isolate powder.. Oat milk, one serving unflavored whey isolate, banana, spinach, and some frozen berries, that’s delicious and is way healthier than this sucralose filled crap
Naked whey isolate it’s expensive but good https://nakednutrition.com/products/grass-fed-whey-isolate-protein-powder-2lb
Half a frozen banana, one serving of Naked Whey chocolate peanut butter flavor, and 4 ounces of liquid (milk or water for me). Gives a great milkshake texture. About 280 calories depending on the liquid. It's usually my breakfast.
+1 for Naked as well. I do the double chocolate.
Isolate was recommended to me by my trainer, I do the Naked Whey Isolate. I mix it into my morning coffee with one of those frothing wands. I believe it's 30g of protein for 120 calories.
Naked Whey ISO is a good protein powder, I use the unflavored.
Electrolytes: i like the IQ mix packets, i get the variety pack Protein: i like the Naked Whey chocolate, but realized i can get more protein with the whey isolate, so i am going to order the unflavored Naked Whey Isolate next (30g) Fiber: i have been using Benefiber in my Electrolytes

Naked whey is my go-to protein powder. Lots of flavor selections. Some days I take the unflavored, other days I take the double chocolate (if I crave a burst of flavor). I also like that it's less foamy when mixed using my brezza supermix.

Daily 30 g protein shake in the morning. These are the most palatable brands.: Quest, Fairlife, Orgain, Premier Protein. Also, I add 2 scoops of Naked Iso Whey UNFLAVORED protein powder to my 64oz water bottle daily (equivalent to another 30 g of protein). Between these two things that I do daily every day without fail, plus my three high-protein meals of the day, I always hit my minimum protein macros of 120 g daily.
