If you are trying to buy whey, don't go for cheap stuff. Ofcourse don't overpay for brand value but also don't go for the cheapest thing you can get.

XLR8 I've used tubs of that since past few years only changing to bulk for 3 months every year when my brother brings it , also I use nakpro casiene before going to sleep that also is a good option. In past have used myfitfuel, nakpro whey concentrate but they had a lighter taste and I like stronger taste so using XLR8
I have used Nakpro Gold as well as Perform in multiple flavours and just recently tried Only what’s needed, the taste is so bad (super shitty)like its not even close to Nakpro.
