the goat seriously, for the price (50inr) and convenience, this is unbeatable. 1. elite macros * 20g protein for only 138 calories. * that ratio is insane. most protein snacks give you 10g protein for 200 calories. this is pure efficiency. it is basically liquid egg whites that taste good. 1. sugar * added sugar: 0g. huge win. * sweeteners: they use 965 (maltitol) and 960 (stevia). * bro tip: maltitol is a sugar alcohol. it is safe, but if you drink 3-4 of these in a day, you will get gas/bloating. stick to 1 or 2 max. 1. where did the 19g carbs come from? * you might see 19g total carbs and panic. * relax. it’s mostly lactose (natural milk sugar) and the blueberry fruit prep (3.5%). it’s not refined sugar, but if you are on a strict keto cut, you still need to count it. final call: its cheaper than a scoop of whey and you don't need a shaker.

Decent Mid-Tier (Buy on Sale Only) If you are getting it at 25% off on instamart, it's a solid deal. At full price? There are better options. 1. Math * 27g Protein per 35g Scoop: That is 77% protein content. * For a concentrate, this is actually pretty good. Most budget concentrates hover around 70-75%. 2. Clean * Ingredients: whey protein concentrate (99.7%). This is impressive. No gums (xanthan/guar), no thickeners, no fillers. * The Downside: Because it lacks gums, it might feel thin or watery compared to brands like MuscleBlaze or Avvatar. maybe it doesn't shake up into a thick milkshake. 3. Sugar * Total Sugar: 2.2g per scoop. * This is natural lactose from the milk, not added sugar (which is 0g). But if you are lactose intolerant, 2.2g is enough to make you gassy. The added Probiotics (Bacillus Coagulans) should help, but proceed with caution if you have a sensitive gut.  It’s a clean, no-nonsense concentrate. If the price is at discount, keep buying it. If it gets higher, switch to Avvatar.

it is cheap for a reason. you are getting a diluted product. 1. math is bad * 24g protein in a huge 40g scoop. * that is only 60% purity. * standard whey is usually 75-80%. here, 40% of every scoop is non protein filler. 2. secret ingredients * the blend: whey concentrate + yeast protein + skimmed milk powder. * they mixed cheap milk powder and yeast into the whey to lower the cost. * this explains why it has 9.6g carbs per scoop. that is insanely high. usually, whey has \~2g carbs. you are basically drinking a mass gainer light. final call: if you absolutely cant spend more, it is safe to drink. but honestly? save 400 more and buy nakpro or as it is. you will get way more protein and less sugar/carbs per scoop.

(Light Cocoa flavor) Verdict: Great for health, mid for macros 1. Transparency * Look at the ingredient list. They tell you exactly how much is in there: 50% Isolate, 24.9% Concentrate, 8% Dates, 7.4% Cocoa. * You know exactly what you are drinking. 2. Trade-Off (Protein Purity) * Math: 24.9g protein in a 35g scoop. * Result: That is \~71% purity. * Context: A raw isolate is usually 90%. A standard blend is 75-80%. * Why is it lower? Because 15% of your scoop is dates and cocoa powder. You are sacrificing some protein space for natural flavoring. 3. The Carb Count * Carbs: 6.4g per scoop. * This is higher than most proteins (usually \~2-3g). It comes from the Dates (8%) and whole milk powder (9%). * It’s not bad carbs, but if you are on a strict keto diet, you need to count this. Final Call: * Buy it if: You get bloating from artificial sweeteners or want a protein that tastes like real food * Skip it if: You want the highest protein-per-rupee ratio. You are paying a premium here for the clean ingredients, not raw muscle fuel.

Verdict: Good for Digestion, Weak on Macros. If you are a vegan who hates the taste of protein powder, this is a lifesaver. If you are a serious lifter counting macros, this is inefficient. 1. Purity is low * Math: 22.5g protein in a huge 38g scoop. * Result: That is only \~59% protein. * Context: Good whey is 80%. Good plant isolate is 70-75%. Here, 40% of the scoop is carbs, fiber, and flavor. You are paying for a lot of non-protein stuff. 2. Carb Load * Carbs: 10.1g per scoop. * This is very high. If you take 2 scoops a day, you are eating 20g of extra carbs (like eating a banana). 3. Digestion * Fiber: 5g per scoop. * This is why people love it. It won't bloat you. In fact, it helps you poop. Most protein powders have 0g fiber. Final Call: Buy this if you want a tasty, gut-friendly drink and dont care about maxing out your protein per rupee. If you want pure muscle fuel, look for a raw pea protein isolate (like Nuzest) instead.

this is basically a light mass gainer, not pure whey. you need a massive 45g scoop just to get 24g of protein. That means it is only \~53% purity, and you are getting a huge 14.6g of carbs in every shake. If you are a skinny guy trying to bulk up, this is actually a smart, cheap buy. But if you are trying to lose fat/cut, avoid this because the carb count is too high.

Swisse Ultivite Multivitamin: they threw in everything. besides the standard vitamins, you get herbs like Ginseng, Ashwagandha(Withania somnifera), and Grape Seed, which justifies the higher price tag compared to a pharmacy brand like Supradyn. The B Vitamins are high (great for energy), but the Vitamin D is only 5mcg (200 IU). That is too low to fix a deficiency (you usually need 60k IU for that), so this is basically a daily maintenance tablet, not a cure. ON Gold Standard Whey: (my fav) This is expensive but it just works every time. You get 24g of protein in a 30.4g scoop, which is roughly 79% purity. The main source is Whey Isolate (fast absorbing), and it imixes instantly without clumps.

it says 0g sugar added but in its ingredient list it contains Dextrose Anhydrous. dextrose is a form of simple sugar (glucose). so the carb count is high 6.12g per scoop most clean proteins only have 2 3g. basically they are using cheap sugar filler to make it taste better and bulk powder. avoid this and go for avvatar, twt/true basics, or nuzest (plant based protein)

Amul whey is so light, just shake it use it after 30 mins, Most whey under 2k are whey blend whereas amul gives pure whey concentrate. I don't think I will be able to spend more. Used to be nakpro user but not anymore, there ingredients list is not good, idk how they are trusitified

Let’s talk real scenarios now - trustified passed Nakpro whey & in their certified brands Nakpro is one among now. But Nakpro recently threatened few persons for exposing their label trick where their Isolate flavoured was 80% & unflavoured was 90% but upon testing the lab reports were 68% so now here my claim is why should I trust trustified? They test a product & certifies a brand of that product but the image goes out in public as Nakpro is good but it isn’t, right?

Please suggest some slightly better companies that are cheap as well. Nakpro whey is usually available for 1000/kg during discount. Previous discount was 680/kg. Are there some good options a bit above 1000.

Sorry to say bro but nakpro really isn't a good option. There have been tests by trustworthy people and results aren't good. Trustified is doing a retest soon. I don't find the point in spending 25-40k rs/year just for protein powder. But have to find some better alternative

Way too many fails in tests and some are passing too. There seems like inconsistency depending on the batch. Would be a good idea to test before you use it

Just be cautious on what you pay for. Doesn't hurt to do a test to know what you're getting. It's pretty obvious that they have way too much inconsistency between batches. Best is to test before use so you know you're getting something

I’ve actually tried Nakpro and Fuelone, both were fine for me digestion wise. One more I’d add in the mid budget range is BigMuscles Premium Gold Whey. I used it for about 2–3 months during a lean bulk and didn’t face bloating or weird aftertaste.

People look for the cheapest protein that actually passes testing, not random trash. There’s a difference. Nakpro passes independent Trustified quality and safety tests. That means protein content, heavy metals, amino spiking, and label accuracy are verified. So the “below 45%” claim from random videos means jack shit unless backed by proper lab reports. Also notice something funny: why are these guys making videos only on Nakpro’s protein % and not doing side-by-side tests with other brands? Why no comparison videos? Because Nakpro is pricing the competition out. When a brand delivers verified protein at a much lower cost per gram, it pisses off both competitors and influencers who can’t sell expensive tubs anymore. Calling a product unsafe or low quality just because it’s cheap is lazy thinking. Expensive doesn’t mean clean. Cheap doesn’t mean bad. Branding is not quality. If Nakpro clears safety, purity, and protein verification and still costs less per gram, how exactly is choosing it “skimping”? Yes, whole foods are good. Yes, Amul is fine. But whey exists for convenience, digestibility, and cost-efficient complete protein. For many people, Nakpro simply gives the best protein per rupee without failing standards. Saving money at the cost of health is stupid. But paying extra when the cheaper option is tested, clean, and verified is also stupid. Cheap and verified beats expensive hype

Trustworthy people’ is not evidence. Names, labs, methods, batch numbers — or it’s just noise. Trustified publishes actual lab reports with protein %, heavy metals, amino spiking, and batch IDs. If you have a test that contradicts that, post the report. Saying ‘a retest is coming’ means nothing, science doesn’t work on previews. Until a failed lab result is published, the last verified data stands. Also, spending 25–40k/year on protein powder is a personal choice, not an argument about quality. The discussion is about whether Nakpro passes objective testing, not feelings or rumors. If it fails a retest, I’ll drop it. Until then, verified data > anecdotes. In God we trust, for everything else, bring me data.

It heavily depends on the brand. The whole truth doesn't cause bloating but cheaper brands like nakpro cause bloating and uneasiness.

Tried Muscle Nectar, taste is not upto the mark compared to Nakpro, now shifted to Nakpro Their delivery is shit from their official site, they fck up my order and it delivered somehow after 25 days.
