Nakpro and as it is caesin is a cheaper alternative and would be definitely taste better. Cost around 1450-1550/kg. If budget is really tight, get unflavoured pea protein isolate for 850-950/kg.
Where are getting this information from ? Soy and pea protein has PDCAAS of 1 and 0.89 respectively. Don't confuse normal plant Protein available in the nature to the processed concentrates and isolates made by humankind which are extremely bioavailabile. So even if one takes let's say, pea protein, they would easily digest 21 grams of the 25 grams available per scoop. Unflavoured pea protein isolate cost as less as 850-900 per kg, if someone has budget constraints, their aren't many supplements which would give 21 grams of protein for 29 rupees.
XLR8 I've used tubs of that since past few years only changing to bulk for 3 months every year when my brother brings it , also I use nakpro casiene before going to sleep that also is a good option. In past have used myfitfuel, nakpro whey concentrate but they had a lighter taste and I like stronger taste so using XLR8
Try Nakpro Micellar Casein. I use it because of budget constraints, but it is as good.
I love Nakpro cookies and cream!! I'm so obsessed with it. Husband regulates my intake because I am capable of finishing the whole packet
People look for the cheapest protein that actually passes testing, not random trash. There’s a difference. Nakpro passes independent Trustified quality and safety tests. That means protein content, heavy metals, amino spiking, and label accuracy are verified. So the “below 45%” claim from random videos means jack shit unless backed by proper lab reports. Also notice something funny: why are these guys making videos only on Nakpro’s protein % and not doing side-by-side tests with other brands? Why no comparison videos? Because Nakpro is pricing the competition out. When a brand delivers verified protein at a much lower cost per gram, it pisses off both competitors and influencers who can’t sell expensive tubs anymore. Calling a product unsafe or low quality just because it’s cheap is lazy thinking. Expensive doesn’t mean clean. Cheap doesn’t mean bad. Branding is not quality. If Nakpro clears safety, purity, and protein verification and still costs less per gram, how exactly is choosing it “skimping”? Yes, whole foods are good. Yes, Amul is fine. But whey exists for convenience, digestibility, and cost-efficient complete protein. For many people, Nakpro simply gives the best protein per rupee without failing standards. Saving money at the cost of health is stupid. But paying extra when the cheaper option is tested, clean, and verified is also stupid. Cheap and verified beats expensive hype
Trustworthy people’ is not evidence. Names, labs, methods, batch numbers — or it’s just noise. Trustified publishes actual lab reports with protein %, heavy metals, amino spiking, and batch IDs. If you have a test that contradicts that, post the report. Saying ‘a retest is coming’ means nothing, science doesn’t work on previews. Until a failed lab result is published, the last verified data stands. Also, spending 25–40k/year on protein powder is a personal choice, not an argument about quality. The discussion is about whether Nakpro passes objective testing, not feelings or rumors. If it fails a retest, I’ll drop it. Until then, verified data > anecdotes. In God we trust, for everything else, bring me data.
Bwahahaha very funny I am actually struggling to buy these. But hey, the good part - twt or nakpro - I can still see pump and have lost about 7 kgs in 2 months (without starvation)
