Don't know man, whenever I look for the cheapest suggestions no one talks about soy protein... As I am broke now, I've been using Nakpro Soy Protein for 3 months, if you are a first time user you can get 1 kg for 580/-
What about soy protein. Slightly lower bioavailability but much lower price. 600-800/kg
Nakpro soy chocolate tastes really good. And i just bought one for just 600rs. Definitely worth the money
Why not go for soy protein isolate it's damn cheap 750-800/kg flavoured ones and provide 27g protein per 33g scoop so apox 84% protein concentration with all 9 essential amino acids and very easy digestibility If you actually go for chocolate/cocoa flavour they totally mask the soy taste so nit even taste is an issue Moreover the soy is washed with alcohol and water multiple times which clears out 99.9% antinutrients and phytates Significantly better absorption and gut comfort and easy mixability and digestibility as compared to 1000-1500 range cheap wheys Since soy is a mass production crop that is why it's cheap incase you were wondering whereas cost of plant protein(either pea or brown rice mixed or individually is higher either due to pea protein being flavoured and having less concentrarion of protein or high cost of brown rice)
Try nakpro vegan soy isolate chocolate and thank me later
Try it it's awesome costs 750-800/kg and is a pretty good deal plus gives 27g protein per 33g scoopwith 9/9 EAA and BCAA But buy only chocolate flavour don't ever go for unflavoured Or weak /citrus flavours like vanilla or mango choose strong flavours in plant protein always like chocolate, cocoa, coffee Taste wise didn't feel any difference from whey it's as light easier on gut no digestibility or bloating issues faced it's a master blaster deal and not even 1% aftertaste And if anyone says ki it has antinutrients phytates etc ignore them because soy is washed multiple times with alcohol and water and then dried and converted to soy isolate therefore it's vegan and absolutely 99% antinutrients/phytate free Also you can try 500g variant before going for big packagings but it is slight costly as compared to 2kg and use code TRUSTIFIED+ONLINE PAYMENT DISCOUNT
Have tried Nakpro Gold and Platinum, Unflavoured and Flavoured both . It is the worst protein for me till date. Just too many fillers and the out of world tier bloating.
> Nakpro Platinum Game recognises game. Got it as a college kid, never seen any reason to switch off it
I go with blueberry, mix it in with yogurt and add strawberries/blueberries + psyllium husk on top
Same tbh. It really depends from person to person ig. Been using both nakpro gold and platinum for years now, not a single complaint
Not a good comparison since that is just pea protein. Nakpro vegan protein sells for around 1100~. So only 300₹ more expensive and I would really trust food pharmer over nakpro. And this is coming from someone who is down 10 packets of nakpro vegan protein.
Tried Nakpro isolate once worst protein I ever took there whole range is somewhat bad quality.
