Really wanted the results for perform. I've used gold a lot but ordered perform recently
💯💯💯 he has problems. He's definitely very biased and not open to anything apart from his opinions. I usually support him but most of the times he comes across as an absolute twat. I'm a doc too and I know ayurveda has a lot of pseudoscience (more than 70 percent at least) in it but not all of it is pseudoscience, speaking strictly from a scientific pov and not a sentimental one.
I'm a doctor and I'll always trust Arpit more because liverdoc is a twat who is extremely biased. Degree doesn't mean shit when it comes to this. It's about being non biased, scientific and truthful that's it, and liverdoc pretends to adhere to a scientific temperament all the while being biased towards his opinions and disrespecting everyone like a child.
Muscle blaze offers 33 servings and 24g protein in each, at 2000-2050 but unflavoured, other one is nakpro gold its good cause its a blend of concentrate and isolate. It has 28 or 29 servings ig and 25g in each. It costed me 1740. The cheapest is jan aushadhi at 1350. It gives 24g in each and 30 servings
Unfortunately you'll just have to cope through that 1kg 😭. In my opinion trustified can't really be trusted. Lots of inconsistency.. and look into the brand too. It looks cool and legit but it's shady. On top of that yeast protein is known for bloating and digestive issues and production cost is more when compared to whey. Hence more experience. It's okay that you bought this pack, just finish it and look for other brands ig.
Bro honestly, i haven't tried any other protein than MB and nakpro gold (from the pics you've posted). I used MB for the first year i trained but it got too expensive and then I experimented with many brands. It was okay. Average experience. But bhai i just recently shifted to nakpro gold and it's supreme. Never turning back from this. ESPECIALLY the mango flavour. It tastes like mango milkshake. I usually hated consuming whey because of the taste but the mango flavour is so good that I actually look forward to drinking it everyday. Not only taste but the digestion and results too. Highly recommend.
Nope. Infact the powder is so light and fluffy that it actually shocked me (people who buy different company wheys will understand). Not experienced any bloating or motion problems. Either way just make sure you consume it atleast 1-2 hours before bed I guess. I usually have it before bed. ONLY complaint I have is mixability but I usually use cold milk and icecubes. So that might be a problem. But use a blender for like 30 secs and you'll be okay. Another tip I have is, usually after mixing any whey, there's a foamy-bubbly air layer that forms on top and I've heard removing it before consuming helps even more. Not sure if it's correct because personally I don't see a difference. Either way, try it out. Might help.
Very welcome. From MB I've had rich chocolate, tokai blue coffee and choco crisps flavour. To me, honestly it just feels like They have a base whey that they add flavours too. Idk how to explain it but most flavours just have this.. similar taste. I love coffee but personally I feel the coffee flavour is mid. 6/10. Would I buy again? Sure. Would I recommend it to you? Not sure because it was a little on the sweeter side. But same thing goes for the neutrabay gold whey. The mango is sweet just like a mango milkshake. There's not many options that are "less sweet" I'd say.
Bro nakpro gold is good. I got 2kg for 2.5k. None other protein offers this low. May be +-5% is acceptable. And it doesn’t have any metals. You can go through that thread once more
I use the whole truth unflavoured concentrate whey in my coffee and Optimum Nutrition's Milk chocolate flavour post workout. I'd also recommend Nakpro's whey gold coffee flavour, tastes really good with chilled milk and ice cubes.
Gold is good . Can't say the same about platinum but still if they can't manage their best product then it makes us doubt them
