Buy pure soy protein isolate and use that. No sweeteners, flavors, or other ingredients so you can vary what you put in to flavor your oats and it won't taste the same every day.
Too much pea protein (or maybe the additives in it) cause some intestinal distress for me. I recently got this pure soy protein powder and it seems to be fine: https://a.co/d/eP3dv5t I will mention that this stuff doesn’t mix the greatest. But what I have found works is using 8 ounces of chocolate almond milk per scoop and putting it in a shaker bottle and shaking it a lot. That works much better than just putting it in a glass and stirring.
