I got a tub of plain nutricost soy protein from amazon a few months ago and it's lasted a long time, but I'm looking for a protein powder that doesn't come in a plastic jug or some kind of refill pack. It's just straight protein so it's easier to keep track of macros imo
My protein or Amazon nutricost Always plain vanilla so I can blend with banana or pb
Just got my Creami for Christmas but I’ve been eating Nutricost Vanilla for a couple years now. Love the taste, even in water. And it’s cheaper.
I like the PEScience and Nutricost vanillas. But you might need to isolate which specific sweeteners you like/hate and go from there.
Lol, I was going to recommend Nutricost too, as it meets all the requirements that you mentioned. The ingredients and gramage are all very consistent with the staying in lean goal. I did see that you ended up buying the unflavoured one. Maybe for your next run, you can try out the [strawberry one](https://dk5cnflyn7mcb.cloudfront.net/?q=GMKAO1257), it tastes much better.
Definitely. Study up on the different kinds, i.e. whey isolate is fast absorbed, casein is slowly absorbed. I guess you don't need to study since I just told you lol I like nutricost unflavored - I just use my flavored water.
I get unflavored nutricost protein powder which I add to stuff, pancakes, coffee, etc. I also get the Fairlife shakes from Sam's club. That plus nescafe coffee concentrate is my morning drink.
This stuff is gross imo sorry
Garden of Life Whey Protein Bob's Red Mills Whey Protein Nutricost Bob's Red Mills Almond Protein All have little to no extra ingredients, just simple Whey Isolate or Concentrate. None of them has sucralose. It's best to purchase frozen berries in bulk and create your taste w/ a blender, i.e. strawberry or wildberries. This way, you also get Fiber.
I’ve added Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. Protein I just buy Nutricost on Amazon. Simple ingredients nothing crazy but also no crazy flavors.
Bingo! This is the cheapest I've found - $2.79 per 100g of protein, and at the lower end of calories (480 calories per 100g protein).
