ON Gold also just blends so well it’s a nice fine powder. Agreed it’s top tier.

I don't know what you mean by "clean" but Optimum Nutrition Gold is pretty much the gold standard.

Our Costco almost always has the Kirkland, ON, and Orgain plant powders for a great deal. Look for the 'Aussie Bites' in the snack section, the ingredients / protein is pretty crazy for the small bites.

Seconding Optimum Nutrition! All of the flavors are great, and it mixes really well and doesn't totally bloat me out. You can also get it at Wal-Mart very easily, or GNC if you want some friskier flavors.

r/workoutBest Protein Powder to Buy (Taste, Quality, Value)

For flavor alone, it has to be ghost. Its not cheap though at $50 for a 2 gallon jug. ON is good all around and their prices have creeped up a bit as well.

Yes, sorry meant to say 2lbs, not gallons. Kinda hypocritical for me to say since Ive been buying mostly ghost ptotein lately but no, the flavor difference is not worth it since ON’s flavors are also very good. My personal favorite flavors for ghost are 1. Count Chocula (discontinued unless you order off amazon). 2. Chips Ahoy (also discontinued unless off amazon) 3. Peanut Butter Cereal Milk. The other flavors are meh. Surprisingly, i like PBCM over nutter butter. Also, I would recommend buying the sample pouches from ghost which are $2.50 for 1 sample serving on their website. You can sample it out without committing $50 to a tub. For ON, my favorite flavors are: 1. Chocolate Peanut Butter 2. Extreme Milk Chocolate 3. Vanilla I typically have a vanilla and a chocolate tub simultaneously on hand and switch between the two as to change it up a bit. I put protein into an easy to make smoothie with crushed ice, 1.5 scoops whey, 1/2 scoop PB2, a banana and skim milk.

I appreciate ON, but man the taste difference between ON and Dymatize (chocolate specifically) is wild. ON is more bland while Dymatize tastes like ye olde hot cocoa packets. I switch between the two depending on if I want taste or not.
