I use x2 tsp of psyllium husk and x2 tab Optimal Nutrition banana or chocolate - whisk with 600ml of no sugar Alpro soy milk, top-up to 1 litre with water and the result is a smooth yummy milkshake 🙏

Agreed. They used to sell s'more as well, and it would go on sale. Haven't seen that in years in costco.

I used to do the Gold Standard Whey Protein and liked it pretty good. Then found the line of products by Transparent Labs and prefer them now.

This is my preferred protein powder. I enjoy the flavor as much as protein powder goes.

Yeah, backne seems a bit too much. I take NP Gold and it’s one inexpensive protein that gets all the basics right.

The cookies and cream flavoured casein protein from Optimum Nutrition tastes heavenly, like a creamy oreo shake. The whey version tastes terrible though

I’ll use a chocolate flavored protein to make a latte ish drink. Sports Research and Dynamatize have both been good. Kirkland is ok. ON is good flavor but blended the worst.

Yea, I don’t know how it compares to other brands but if you can find it for this price I think it’s the best, in store I believe it’s even cheaper. I got it for 48$ in store

Can someone suggest an alternative to ON gold whey, the max budget I can go is 3k Idk much about protein types but ON always gave me better results and digested smoothly I tried muscleblaze once but it gave me acne sk stopped instantly and sticked to ON I checked myprotein and it costs 4k+ for 1kg 😿

It's cost efficient and tastes fine if you're buying protein at costco.
