I've been using that for the last 14 years lol. I remember a really long time ago someone on reddit went through a bunch of different protein brands and good standard had the actual amount of protein it said. And muscle milk had like nothing lol but I assume that's changed
The cookies and cream flavoured casein protein from Optimum Nutrition tastes heavenly, like a creamy oreo shake. The whey version tastes terrible though
Always went with Optimum Nutrition either extreme milk chocolate / vanilla ice cream flavours. Got a ninja creami last year and have been using them since.
Went to buy it there and I seen 70 euro for smaller packaging!! Used to be 2270g for 60 euro and now I think it’s 2010g! Ridiculous.
Was wondering if anyone has any more affordable flavours/brands they recommend? I usually use HPnutrition. Perhaps for the ninja creami ideally if you have tried but if it tastes nice normally I’m sure it’ll taste good in the creami. Thanks a million!
