i work at gnc and i love when i give people mass gainers and they come back telling me how much they gained weight and they love what i gave them. depending on how much you wanna gain, i like Mass Tech Extreme 2000 from Muscletech. its 2,000 calories for 6 scoops and 80g of protein. i always tell customers to split the serving size up and take 2 scoops three times a day. Optimum nutrition Pro Gainer. Make sure it’s the Pro Gainer, not the serious mass. The Pro Gainer is 1 scoop, 60g protein, 650cals $100/28servings or $65/14. Other mass gainers will be 2 scoop servings for 40-50g at 1250cals for $50/8 or 9 servings. Pro Gainer is the way to go — most protein, least amount of powder used so you can add more stuff to your smoothies without adding hella volume to the smoothie size, and the best value for amount of servings per bag. I don't know what you mean by "clean" but Optimum Nutrition Gold is pretty much the gold standard.

Our Costco almost always has the Kirkland, ON, and Orgain plant powders for a great deal. Look for the 'Aussie Bites' in the snack section, the ingredients / protein is pretty crazy for the small bites.

Hi. I have tried GNC and ON and didn't like both. How is MB in terms of quality ? Heard the taste is good.

Doesn't mix as well as ON, messes with my stomach, and doesn't taste as well either. I bought a bag of the Kirkland powder to try, boy it was tough to get through. The wife and kids didn't really like and were more than happy to go back to ON.

I’ve been happy to drink either, but I prefer ON because it has a stronger chocolate flavor. The Kirkland does live up to its flavor name because it does have a creamier flavor than the ON. I buy whatever is cheaper per oz at the time.

It’s slightly more expensive but I switched to Diesel from Perfect Sports. Leanfit and ON are 24 grams of protein per 32 or 33 gram serving, which is only 72-75%. Diesel is 27 per 30, which is 90%. It’s a whey isolate which I digest much better and I believe the lower amount of fillers also helps that. I wait for a sale at Healthy Planet as it usually drops to $90 for a 5lb tub. Best tasting protein and highest macros in the market in my opinion.
